Cliff did a great job in cleaning our dryer vent. He was very helpful and thorough, explaining the issues causing build up and fixed them quickly. I will be using his services again in the future, and I recommend others do as well.

THIS is the group you want for cleaning out your air ducts and dryer vents! They were extremely professional very straightforward reasonable price.... They didn't try to up sale or anything like that. They did an extremely excellent job with our dryer vent and dry duct work. Could not give a higher recommendation. We have used other groups in the past that offer some sort of promotional rate just to come out to the house change up the pricing and somehow try to justify asking for more. This group was up front and honest from beginning to end.

Superior was superior… Cliff and crew did a great job of thoroughly cleaning our ducts with attention to detail (cleaning vents, caulking..) They cleaned up after themselves and were working with pace to finish the job. I would highly recommend cliff and crew at Superior.

Fantastic experience at a great price. Danny arrived first and was courteous, outgoing and casually confident as he explained what to expect over the next 6-8 hours. Cliff arrived shortly thereafter, and again impressed us with his professionalism and attention to detail. It was almost like having acquaintances you trust come over to do you a favor, and not a contracted company. They took having dogs in the house in stride, closed doors and gates, and cleaned up every last stray molecule when the work was completed. We work from home on many days, and were never once bothered or interrupted. The sound wasn't bad at all, either -- more like a vacuum cleaner in the next room than the jet engine noise of yesteryear. After getting multiple bids, Superior came in at a price on the lower end while delivering high-end service (taping vents, brushing, disinfecting, sealing, etc.). I'll recommend them to anyone who's looking for duct cleaning services.

The dryer vent hose went through the roof hole in the attic, and the gap between the hose and the hole was sealed with wire mesh to keep mice/rats out. I knew the gap was perfectly sealed. The technician for this company took the vent hose out of the roof hole by breaking the wire mesh and put it back in the hole after cleaning the hose, but he did not secure the wire mesh, leaving large gaps between the hose and the roof hole. The gap was big enough for mice and rats to get in. If I did not check it after he left, I would not notice this gap and mice/rats would get into the attic. Again, I knew the screen was perfectly fine before he came. So I was very disappointed and will never use this company again.

Cliff came to my home today and thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent. I was amazed at the amount of lint and debris he pulled out. Long story short… he did a great job, no mess and took all the debris with him. I give him my highest rating. Thanks Cliff.

Cliff and his team were fantastic. He's incredibly knowledgable, professional and a strong communicator. He helped us clean air ducts post construction, and the before/after photos were shocking.

He was more transparent and clear on pricing than a nearby competitor we'd used previously. (This competitor charged 2-3x times more for a similar - subpar - service. Cliff and his team were careful about not damaging the home with heavy equipment and cleaning up after each step.

I'd only hire Cliff if you're needing air ducts cleaned!
