Called ahead before I left the call to make sure they had what I needed. Asked him if he needed PO now or when I arrive. He said when I arrive. I Drive 20 minutes one way at 4:45 for him to tell me the account was on hold. Why couldn’t you have told me this when looking at the account. I’ll gladly be going elsewhere as I have in my 10 year career.

I needed ac parts and in the dead of summer in North Texas I couldn't find any locally until I called this location. I had the best experience even when I wasn't so nice;) Mark the manager was kind and very patient. The other employees Rick and Dakota were very helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I will be returning to this location. Thank you!!!!!

They sell all kinds of equipment i.e., Heil, Grainger, Klein, Grandaire, GREE, Rheem, Bosch, and more... The staff is amazing and offer their customers extraordinary service!
