After a thorough investigation, he explained everything and helped us understand what was going on. He fairly priced a new unit for us and was back the next day to replace it! Not only was it done correctly, it was done with great care. It's nice to see a Technician who takes pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone in need of AC repair.
