I don’t usually run to leave reviews, but Texas Express AC & Heating absolutely earned it.  From the moment I called, they treated me with respect and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. They showed up on time, and actually care about doing things right.

They diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me a reasonable estimate and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. The technician Hector was professional and fast.  He replaced my whole A/C unit (outdoor and indoor).  My system is running smoother than it has in years. We’re very satisfied with the job performed.

If you want a company that’s dependable, fair, and truly committed to keeping Texas homes comfortable, this is the one. I’ll be sticking with them from here on out — no question about it.

They replaced my AC and furnace and did an excellent job. Pricing was competitive, they were honest throughout the process, and they worked cleanly and professionally. Highly recommend.

I had the technician come out to two of our houses to do annual maintenence, and it was so easy to schedule both services for the same day!! The price was fantastic, and Hector was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I appreciate how quickly and thoroughly he performed the service. I would recommend him and this company highly! I had both indoor and outdoor units replaced for a great price. The installation required a lot of work to modify the space for the larger indoor unit. They used drop cloths to protect my floors and left the area clean when finished. My only reservation is now I have to build a custom door to fit the larger opening that was created.

Soy técnico en Aire acondicionado certificado y tengo una licencia universal hice una compra de contactor y 2 capacitores para mi equipo ren realidad es la primera vez que voy a esa tienda, sobre el trato esta perfecto. es solo que el contactor no funcionó como deve jamás accionó el equipo. Simple y cencillo tal vez y no tenían el capacitor que yo quería de la marca Noark y el empleado me consiguió uno genérico de 50 dlls de la marca JARD y no funcionó y es logico que uno confía en las cosas nuevas y en las tiendas de esa gama. Y la verdad ir a reclamar y conducir más de 35 millas de ida y 35 millas de buelta y no funcionen los aparatos que obtenemos y no le den solución a esto. Es mejor que de no vender artículos rotos o reensamblados o tal vez reconstruidos da mala fama a su compañía. Espero y no me buelva a pasar
