AACA is our number one HVAC supplier. I am on the phone daily ordering equipment with Joseph who always goes above & beyond to get the parts we need as quickly as possible. He is extremely knowledgeable & always helpful. I can’t say enough good things about his level of expertise.

They tested my capacitor to verify that it needed to be replaced. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend them for your AC parts.

I had an absolutely great experience there. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, everyone there was professional and friendly. I felt like I was in great hands and I’m happy to say that this will be my go to store from now on! No more Lowe’s or Home Depot for my filters. Only AACA for now on !!!!

Our furnace stopped working on a 10 degree day. We called for a part, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. We are grateful for all of their help.

I am a homeowner. I called them, they researched and helped locate my part (a condenser fan motor for an old Carrier 5-ton ), which they had in stock. Super friendly and helpful staff! In fact, when I went to pick-up the part, Tammy introduced me to a local contractor right there in their shop who actually helped me with some wiring & installation questions right there at the counter!

Top notch place.
I’m no professional; I’m just a regular dude who owns a home.
My AC went out last night at 9:00pm, so I googled and saw this place was close and open at 7:30am.
Showed up at 7:30am, staff was very nice, got me the replacement part, and was out by 7:33am.

Part replaced and AC is humming along just fine.

In the market for a new air conditioner? Here’s a strong word of caution: I recommend avoiding Lennox.

In my experience, the company does not stand behind its products or honor its warranty commitments.

Our Lennox unit failed after just a couple of years, despite regular maintenance, and needed replacement parts, well within the advertised five‑year coverage period.

Nonetheless, first, I was notified that Lennox told our repair representative that the warranty was void because the address on the warranty was the installers address, later stating the warranty was voided solely because we purchased the home and we were not the original owner. As a result, we are now paying out of pocket for repairs that should have been covered if Lennox truly stood by their product.

When I myself, contacted the Lennox Stores location in Lewisville, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They refused to let me speak with a manager and then, instead of providing proper warranty support, gave me an IT phone number that had nothing to do with resolving the issue. When I asked for the General Manager they told me his name, but said Mr. Moyer the General Manager wouldn’t speak with any customers, guess he is too good for that.

After being connected to the wrong number, Lennox IT then transferred me to their alleged customer satisfaction/warranty department. I was never connected after waiting for literally 30 minutes on hold verified by checking my phone before finally deciding they were not going to respond.

In my view, Lennox will use any technicality it can to avoid honoring its obligations, and consumers are the ones left footing the bill.

Takes for ever to get your stuff....waited in line for 15 min...only 2 custmer ahead of me??!!

Really bad experience at this location, the guy that was giving me the part started throwing his dolly to the ground because I say it was the wrong part and that I don't want it... He then give me the right part but he send me the wrong part to my address.... Shame of that actitud. Now I need to return the part and get my money back.....

I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be helped at this location. The staff members here are so detail oriented, they address everyone on a first name basis and relaxed environment, though still taking ultimate mindful care that everyone has a deadline. I recommend this HVAC store with high regard for location, timelines, knowledge of parts and awesome customer relations skills. It feels like the old days at a HVAC warehouse, they still give out a cold bottle of water to those who deserve it or are in need of a thirst quencher.

Ever since Eric took over this location the service has been extraordinary! No matter I f I call for something or just stop by, Eric and Alex will bend over backwards to help me get in and out as quickly as possible. I can’t express how much I appreciate both of these guys and their understanding of how customer service is performed. The Lewisville location should be Lennox’s shining example of how a parts house is ran. The Carrollton location should have to take lessons for a couple months from Eric and Alex on how to manage a store.

They must always be super busy, phones never getting answered. Left voicemail with info as directed from their answering machine and never received a call back.
