I absolutely love Lennox and our Lewisville location is outstanding. Had an issue with a motor that Bernard ordered for me and requested overnight shipping to us. The manufacturer sent it to the wrong location. Alerted the store about it and Adrien and Bernard jumped into motion and quickly got this resolved! I appreciate both of these guys so much! We have been a Lennox Dealer for several years and top of the line equipment and outstanding customer service like this is why we will never be anything except team Lennox.
