Great service and quality products, I would recommend Metro Environmental Services to my family, friends and customers. They are very thorough and also take the time to explain everything they find and do.

Metro...you know we thought it was a great company sounded great first couple of days were great. As an installer was promised to have work and this wonderful "flat rate" story....right. So their corporate office in Atlanta, GA has no control over this TEXAS division payroll. With documents in hand Christie in payroll (TEXAS OFFICE) has denied ever taking money out of checks. Thinking because they had a "CORPORATE" office an outcry was made to them. To which they had confirmed they had received SEVERAL complaints about the TEXAS location shorting payroll checks, including a former employee who FLEW UP TO THE ATLANTA GA CORPORATE OFFICE. Their excuse as to not finding any "findings" was that the TEXAS office would not release the payroll files and they would rather "talk about it" over the phone on 3 way with the TEXAS office....Something funny there but that's is why there is a Texas Payday Law, whom if you are reading this and were a past employee or current employee this is what you would need to do to ensure you get ALL your money. Make copies of ALL YOUR WORK ORDERS! It is not against their policies or the law! Cover your....you know. Then match it up with each paycheck. Keep all documents because if like us you get the run around all you have to do is google TEXAS PAYDAY LAW and turn it in to the state. arguing with this office about YOUR HARD 9-10 HOURS IN A ATTIC DAYS and what not after work is not something I'm sure you would want to do. LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WHO HAD THE SAME ISSUE OR THE GUY WHO WENT ALL THE WAY TO CORPORATE IN GEORGIA.

Wow!!!! Clark was amazing, he explained the problems of my A/C unit perfectly. As someone who does not know how exactly the A/C works, I feel like I can explain this to anyone! Clark was very professional, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

MES replaced both of our HVAC systems (2-ton & 4-ton) with new high efficiency Lennox systems. The process was professional with great customer service throughout. Alfieri Castro was our MES sales representative and was available and involved throughout the process. The installation team was professional removing the existing equipment and installing the new Lennox systems.

The Lennox systems are running well, leaving the house very comfortable in the early TX heat (100+ in June).

I was not pleased with this company at all, pretty much wasted $80 for nothing. I felt like the technician that came out was inexperienced and it took me calling two times and seven hours after he had left just to get an estimate. He left me with nothing not even A buisness card. I did call someone else who was able to write me an estimate right after looking at my unit and seemed much more knowledgeable. I called metro to ask for a refund from this bad experience and of course was told no.

I hired Metro environmental Services last year in August to put a brand new AC upstairs and downstairs. Today when I was putting new AC filters, I found tons of fiberglass insulation stuck inside the ducts coming all the way to the bed rooms. This is not what I paid $35,000 to this company. This is an extreme example of carelessness, this company does not even realize that so much fiberglass insulation stuck up in the intake ducts is going to eventually end up inside the AC and going to damage the AC. And this has happened to all the bedrooms where new ducts were installed. How careless their staff could be. Quality-of-service is low grade. If you are hiring this company be careful because their staff is careless and they will want to rush you through the installation.

I don't recommend this company to use at all.They don't deserve even 1 star. I bought and install a new AC unit through this company and have two years service contract with them. During purchase time they were saying if there were any issue with it just give us all call and they will be there for you but it was all lie. Since last two days the new AC unit is not working. I called them more than five time nobody showed up.. Each time they ask for my info and never show up. Its the worse company I have ever dealt with.

The Metro Environmental team did an outstanding job on the installation of the Lennox HVAC system at my home. The entire process was handled smoothly, starting with the first call to the office with Emily who setup my appointment for the Comfort Advisor. Rashad did a great job in explaining the options available to me and which systems would be the best fit for my home. James led the installation crew and did a pre-installation walk through of my home the day before the install to make sure that everything would go as planned. On installation day the crew arrived on time and took care to protect my home with tarps on the floors. They executed flawlessly to remove the old equipment without damaging anything and get the new equipment in place and running. I can't thank Mo, Norris, Chris, Eric, Daniel, and Jarrod enough for their stellar work. I would highly recommend the Metro Environmental Services team for any of your HVAC needs.

I would recommend Metro Environmental Services to my family and friends without hesitation. They are very professional and considerer, replacing the whole system it is not joke. it will take a lot of time an effort on their part and we are greatly appreciated for what they did. Thanks for you time and now I can enjoy my A/C again and hopefully lower bills.

I like details, and their techs have been great at explaining what their concerns are and how their recommendations will address, or prevent, issues. We were fortunate that Home Depot sent Keith Zaha from Metro Environmental Services to us. We knew we needed a new HVAC and Keith made the process very easy. He explained the different systems and answered our questions so we understood our options. Once we made the decision to purchase a system the installation was done professionally and expeditiously by the Metro Environmental team. They were courteous and cleaned up behind themselves. A supervisor came out to see if we had any questions and Keith called to make sure we were completely satisfied. And we absolutely are!

To say that Metro Environmental Services exceeds customer expectations is not fair. They are absolutely stellar. From my initial call to Christine I knew I was in truly caring and graceful hands. The appointment was made for the same day; actually just a 45 minute wait. The repair technician was Alfredo and there are no words that I can gather to express what a true professional he is. Do yourself a favor, shop no more. Just call them. Save yourself all the time researching HVAC repair. You will be blessed if you do. I most highly, honestly and without any question recommend Metro Environmental Services . Their charges are fair and reasonable. Be sure to ask for Alfredo. I have used Metro Environmental Services for numerous years. They have always demonstrated the highest integrity in the services they perform. Their employees are courteous ,helpful, clearly communicating what needs to be done or what they have done. The cost is fair and reasonable. I have been signed up for automatic services for years. This year they completely reworked my air conditioning ducts and vents. They also added 10 inches of insulation to my attic. Their work was of the highest quality. I highly recommend the company.

Called in the morning to schedule same day service. Not only did they not show, when I called to get an update they wanted to reschedule for two days later.
They were very prompt in issuing my refund when I declined to reschedule.

My AC was out in the middle of the Texas heat (100 degrees+) and they were quick to promise that they would come out and fix it at 4pm. They proceeded to process my payment and then I waited hours past the time and they didn’t show up. I called and they said that they wouldn’t be able to do it until the next day. Very unapologetic, 0/10

Love this business! Fast, affordable, professional. Installed my new Heat/Air unit, hauled the old one out and left the site cleaner than they found it. Ken is upfront, honest and a pleasure to do business with. When I called 2 years later for an issue, they were here in a couple of hours and it was taken care of in just a few minutes. Just cannot say enough good things about Affordable Heating, I'm a customer for life.

Ken was very helpful when coming by to do my plumbing maintenance as well as addressing some of my concerns about garbage disposal and my water temp. Performed a thorough check of everything and explain all the testing along the way. Work was overall quick and he was friendly as well. He got the job done. Gibbs came by within an hour of the diagnosis that my AC had failed. This was great for me considering it was very hot outside there! Walked me through the options of a new system. Was very thorough and detailed with the highest degree of professionalism. I was impressed with their response time and blown away that they have next day installation. Everything done to my satisfaction. Overall would highly recommend.

My techs Gibbs and his helper were right on time. They even called saying they were on the way. Gibbs clearly explained everything with the furnace repair and was very efficient. Very pleased with the service I received. They were friendly, honest, and did not try to up sell us. It's hard to find customer service like this nowadays.
