Highly recommend Gibbs Heating And Air Conditioning. Zac was a complete professional. He took time to diagnose the cause of our leaks and gave us options along with estimates for each option. He returned promptly the next day with the parts to complete the job, took time to educate us on how to properly maintain the system going forward. We will definitely call upon them for our HVAC maintenance needs!

We just had Gibbs Heating And Air Conditioning repair and perform a complete cleaning of our furnace. We renovated our house a year ago and did not realize how much dusts were collected in the system during the renovation. The technician took care of everything. He repaired the system first, then came back to take apart the furnace and did a complete cleaning inside and out. Highly recommended.

I called them to get a part for my air conditioner and Madison went out of her way to help me. Over a period of a week she kept checking to find me the correct part for my unit running down every lead. Unfortunately, my part was no longer available and they couldn’t get it for me, but what impressed me most is how hard and long they tried to resolve my problem. You can bet I will be using this company in the future. Thank you Madison for all your effort.

They installed my 4 units originally 8 years ago. Have used them for maintenance. A/C goes out Saturday evening, no chance of them coming on the weekend. I call Monday morning and they tell me my "availability is very limited", since ya know, I have a job and don't sit home all day waiting for repair men. BAD customer service. BEWARE.

Waited all day for a technician to come give us an estimate on a brand new unit. Our AC is completely out, and we have a newborn baby in the house. He shows up minutes before closing time and he takes no time with us, took a couple of pictures, states he won’t be able to give us an estimate because his “boss man” is on vacation, and told us that we shouldn’t use them anyways because their products are going to be more expensive than most other companies. Shame that this company would waste their time like that, as well as show such a lack of quality and care to their work.

Scheduled an A/C service call and was given date with time between 8am and noon. Shortly after noon I called Carl since no one had shown up and no one had called. Carl said they had an emergency replacement and couldn’t come until late in the day or tomorrow. I asked why had they not just called to let me know and Carl became rude and exasperated. Cancelled service and will go with another company. Disappointing since I had used them previously to replace two compressors and was pleased. Guess Carl believes his time is more valuable than anyone else.
