When we did have to replace a unit, it was done quickly and reasonably priced. We wouldn't call anyone else.

Everyone tells you to do your homework before you purchase anything. As a teacher I take that quite seriously. I met with 8 contractors to obtain quotes to install a new A/C Heating System. We were replacing a 15 year old system so it had been awhile since we had shopped. I was talking to a lot of salesmen but unfortunately they weren't service technicians. My 8th contractor and last meeting was with James. Guess what? He had been a technician so he was listening to me and knew what he was doing. It is very meaningful to have a PROFESSIONAL show up on time, LISTEN to your concerns and RESOLVE those issues. Kevin was our QC guy and he came out after the system was installed to check everything out. Our house was cool so life was great. It felt better than it ever had. He told us there was a part from the manufacturer that they had gotten where some had been defective so he replaced it. We were blissfully ignorant but his HONESTY was so meaningful. Brandon was very HELPFUL in getting the financing we needed. It has been a wonderful experience working with CRSNTX.

Our experience with CRS was one of the best ever. After receiving quotes from four companies to replace the 13-year old HVAC evaporator and condenser units for our system, we chose CRS because of the skill of the HVAC specialist, JR, and the competitive price. The installation team of Daniel and Hugo arrived on time and went to work.

Then began a three day ordeal (for the CRS folks) of Russian Dolls, led by their HVAC expert, Kevin. Brandon Smith, CRS' owner, was in contact with us throughout. Long and short, there was a problem with our system, caused by a previous HVAC company that was very difficult to trace. But the CRS people kept us informed all the time about what was going on. And made sure that our system would be fully functional before they would move on.
I cannot recommend CRS more highly and urge anyone considering an HVAC company to look no further than CRS.

I made the right choice! They worked with me to find the best deal and value to meet my needs. They did it fast and quality is excellent! I researched brands, feedback and technology. CRS was amazing. They came to my house, arriving on time. They fixed my circuit breaker that was tripping in my kitchen in 10 minutes and they fixed my toilet that was making some really strange sounds. They were personable and I highly recommend. Will be using them in the future for any home service needs.

I have used CRS NTX now countless time and I am completely satisfied. I have had two AC systems installed, Duct work installed. Canned lights added throughout. We have added electrical outlets and even outside lightening. I continue to refer Brandon and his team to all my family and friends. I would give a 6 star review if I could.

Needed a new AC system upstairs. Jim arrived on time and was patient explaining all the available options. Measured the upstairs and sized the system to requirements. There was no marketing talk and no pressure. Quote was very reasonable including additional duct work. On the installation day they came on time and worked hard through the day to complete the task. Jim was there to supervise and help the installation crew. The crew was very professional, used cloth covers and cleaned after the job. We like the install quality and the new AC works great.
They also agreed to repair some minor duct issues with the downstairs system free of charge.

Brandon and his team are top-notch. Last summer, their electrician came and replaced a circuit breaker- just to help diagnose a problem. From the initial survey and diagnosis of our aged, inadequate system, they quickly gave us recommendations and options to improve comfort and efficiency. James walked through his suggestions and explained how each would help.

During install, Daniel and the crew were friendly, took precautions to minimize disruption and cleaned up afterward. I can't believe how quiet our new system is!

Had a great experience with CRS. We had 7 different HVAC companies come out and give us a bid and we liked CRS the best. Best value and great workers. They came and installed the system in a day with no issues. We were extremely happy with their services and look forward to using them more in the future.

We have used this CRS many times for different projects around our home and have been extremely happy with the results. The quality and care used is top notch. Everyone that has worked on my home has done excellent work and they also do a fabulous job cleaning up when done. Brandon is the first one I always call if we ever need work done on our home and is one I refer friends to.

With the February Freeze, we had a pipe break above our Master Bedroom that caused some significant damage. We worked with another company that after 2 months hadn't performed any work and Brandon was recommended to me. He came out the day after I called him and within days we had a quote and agreed to have the work done while we were out of town.

The work was high quality and looks better than before! CRS team was always friendly, informative, and showed when they said they would. Communication was top notch. We have been using Brandon for all of our needs, from plumbing to completely redoing a walk in shower. Only wish we know of CRS a few months earlier before we dropped 1000s on an AC repair. We are glad to know of CRS and Brandon now! Highly recommended!

We have used CRS for several projects over the past 10 years from putting in new flooring to whole house renovation including completely rewiring our 1969 home. Brandon is the best! He knows his stuff, he offers options, he employs good people, but most of all he LISTENS! He will work with you to get the outcome you desire with your project. Brandon is our go-to guy for ALL of our home improvement needs, large or small. We have never been disappointed!

Our AC unit failed and the CRS team had a new ac installed and cooling our house again in no time! Even highly damaging storms the week of the AC failure, they were able to schedule us quickly to get a replacement unit installed and get our house temp back down below the 80s like it should be. I can’t recommend CRS enough to anyone who is having AC issues.

I can’t speak enough praises about the CRS team! I was introduced to them back in Apr’23 when they found an HVAC refrigerant leak on the house I was buying (resulting in me receiving a very fair credit from the sellers.) This week (Jul’25), my A/C started having trouble keeping up with the Texas summer heat, and Brandon was able to get someone out here to look at it first thing this morning after I reached out. My service tech Matthew was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and an all-around professional. CRS has earned my business for life!

I don't think I can say all the great words to describe this company. Magnificent, terrific, outstanding, professional, courteous, fast responding, easy to talk to while they listen, made me feel like number one. Great folks and superior quality work. After going through about 6+ companies and the run around, scams, frauds, sabotage to my AC, I was referred to this company by a financing company. I feel like I hit the jackpot. This company did EVERYTHING right. My first call I spoke to Brandon and while we were on the phone, he sent out his guy (James) to measure the house for a new AC..what size I may need. This was at the end of the day. How awesome is that? The next week we scheduled for install and his guys were here all day and never even left for a lunch break. They worked their butts off on getting that into my little closet. James checked in from time to time on that day as well as Brandon called to check on me and how things were going. Brandon listened to every single story and detail I had to say. I felt like I was number one throughout this entire process. I now have a new AC. What's great is, they also do other things like electrical, roofing, home remodeling etc. Now I have someone to call when I need help with the house and whom I can trust. This is what its all about. The best customer service on the planet. It certainly made up for all the hell I went through with those other companies. I am so grateful I was sent this wonderful company and wonderful people working there. All of them went above and beyond. I cant say enough good about them, I really cant. All I can say is..you will NOT be sorry to call CRSNTX! I love these guys. I will call them my family because that's how they made me feel. I am tickled pink with everything. Thank you Brandon, James and all the others who made this major purchase a smooth install that could have been 10 times worse from most all the other ones. Anyone looking for a General Contractor knows it is sort of a gamble to find a contractor that will return a call, or even show up to provide a quote. Our family has used Commercial Residential Services for numerous jobs over the last 3 years. Interior and Exterior Paint, Garage expansion, concrete work, French drain installation, remodel bathroom, electrical work, roof and window replacement, garage door replacement, and the list goes on. We still have a few items in the house that we are wanting to change/or replace, and we will call Brandon @ CRS for each of them. I can not say how easy he and his team are to work with. Brandon and his team communicates, provides feedback, arrives when scheduled and has always stood by his work. His team does a great job of cleaning up once the project is completed. If it is not right, he will correct it. Brandon and CRS are a diamond in the rough.

So what started on our quest was going to one of those window seminars and it was renewal by Anderson the cost for 10 windows to be replaced was gonna be over $100,000 so my husband and I thought and we were like oh we always use CRS For any of our projects so we contacted Brandon who got us in touch with Scott and Scott was amazing. He came out measured. Listen to what we wanted. The cost and him and his workers showed up installed cleaned up beautifully and we are so happy with the windows and the cost was a less than a fifth of the other company and beautiful workmanship would highly recommend them to anybody

We had CRS install all of the windows in our house (38 openings) in October of 2025. Dealing with Scott Beaty from the initial contact, through the sales and financing, continuing with the installation and clean up was excellent, bar none. Scott kept us informed of what was going on each step of the way. The installation was smooth and professional, and completed in <3 days.
CRS' choice of NT Windows, manufactured in Ft. Worth with the ENERGY STAR's Certification for this region was an important factor in our consideration. Scott's "no pressure" sales style ("have to sign today to get this price") was also important.
We haven't really had the weather to compare heating or cooling gains with the new windows. But i can say that during installation the difference between an opening and an installed window of the sun's radiant heat was quite noticeable. And here just this week with the winter storm going through DFW, I am able to hold my hand right up to the glass and feel no cold from the outside.
All said, we are quite happy with our NT Windows, the installation, Scott's project management, and CRS in general.
