Caleb was a life saver!!! After struggling with our AC unit for days, we finally decided to call Aire Serv to schedule an appointment for repair. They got us in the same day, and Caleb went above and beyond to ensure we had a working AC unit by the time he left. He was able to diagnose the obscure issue and fix it quickly and in the most affordable way for us. I can not recommend this company highly enough!

Isaac was prompt and professional. Diagnosed the issue almost instantly and explained my options. Got it fixed same day.

I have used Aire Serv for years. They are the most professional, honest and reliable people that I have used in my 20 + yrs of owning homes. They have installed 2 new units on my house and kept my 3rd running as well as the new ones. They were able to identify several cooling issues I inherited after moving in in a few different rooms. They fixed it quickly offering several options to meet our budget. Highly recommended.

I just had Aire Serv of Flower Mound replace both my systems. I really felt like their price was fair and their team was very friendly and did a great job. While replacing full systems is never easy on the pocket I am very excited to have a cool house this summer. I'd highly recommend Gary and his team to anyone!! They also fixed airflow in my house and I can already feel a difference 2 days in.

Always on time, responsive, reliable, professional. But most of all consistent and great people! Gurjit "G" just completed our bi-annual maintenance and everything was handled as we expected with 5-Star service. Kudos to Gary and the Aire Serve team. Keep up the great work. Excellent service from Aire Serv of Flower Mound. Madison at the office is always extremely responsive and helpful when scheduling us for service. Brandon and team were able to come out and diagnose & fix the issue to get our unit up and running quickly. Brandon has always been great and the repair work performed by Derrick and Gurjit on the most recent visit was handled in the same manner. These guys are solid with no nonsense or gimmicks. May 2025: The technician who performed our recent seasonal service resolved an airflow issue in a high traffic room. He took the time to listen, thoroughly assessed the issue then found the root cause & quickly repaired it (damper was incorrectly installed). He also found and repaired the source of another issue of excess water draining from our secondary drain pipe (broken PVC pipe in the attic unit). We now have way more air in our living room, plus no more water leakage near our backdoor entry. We greatly appreciate the service from that technician!

While in the middle of a move, my AC system started experiencing delayed short cycling. I called Aire Serv after seeing their reviews, and they were able to send out a technician same-day, already a plus! Josh arrived a bit later than he'd planned after his prior jobsite, but a rep from Aire Serv (Madison) was in touch with me the whole time to keep me updated which to me is almost better than being on time. Josh was very friendly and professional, and quickly worked to diagnose and fix the issue. For everything that was done, I actually paid a lot less than I thought I could have - and even better, they didn't try to sell me any equipment at all, even though I have a 20y/o unit outside! Aire Serv understands there's a line between force-feeding you a multi-thousand dollar upgrade you don't need as opposed to fixing a solid system that just needs a little love, and they didn't cross that at all. I'd worked with three other AC companies in the area, and all three tried to either sell me a new unit, new handler (Mine is only two years old!) or even a whole new system. Aire Serv did exactly what was needed to fix the issue, gave me some advice, and even referred me to other services they work with that I need. If I wasn't moving out of state, I'd be calling Aire Serv for everything AC related for my property - you should, too!

Excellent Customer Service and professionalism from the Service Technicians to the Upper Management!! My AC replacement was fast, through, well planned and performed to perfection. The service call was up dated as to the Technicians arriving. Any questions I had were answered in detail. These guys set the bar for the HVAC Industry! Excellent work at a great price!!!

Gary came out to our house almost 2 years ago & did a very thorough inspection of our ac system. We weren’t in a position to buy a whole new system at that time. Gary was patient, knowlegeable & understanding. We decided to hire him & his crew shortly after to install a mini split ac in our remodled garage with the promise we’d call him back for the main system in the future. They did a fantastic job! We called Gary back last month & purchased a new main system for our home. They did everything right as promised & then some! I highly recommend calling Gary at Aire Serv of Flower Mound/Lewisville! I reached out to Aire Serv of Flower Mound based on suggestions from neighbors. I was so pleased with the service and repair/replacement job that they did. We had an ongoing issue the original HVAC company caused by their poor install. That company was not reliable and did not fix the issues after coming year after year. Larry from Aire Serv came and identified the problem immediately, found out that the parts were still under warranty, and provided a fair estimate to fix it. He and his coworker showed up on time, finished the repair sooner than he said that would, and even came back a couple of days later to ensure that everything was good to go. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv of Flower Mound - what a great team!

This company is one you can trust. I had multiple companies come out for quotes, and this company found the root cause of an issue instead of pitching a new unit. This is my third time using them, and the technician Josh found the root cause of a heating issue in my HVAC--a faulty connection of wiring at the thermostat. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue.

I had my central air/heat replaced by Aire Serve of flower mound about 4 years ago and have a warranty/maintenance contract with them. The technicians that come out are always professional, thorough, courteous and always leave house/floors clean after servicing units. Everyone there is great but I especially wanted to thank Larry for taking the time to answer all our questions and actually show us what he was talking about in detail so we understood, as well as offer his advice. I am not really mechanically inclined :) He really went over and beyond my expectations on this week’s visit in helping us out. I’m so happy and grateful I have someone I can put my trust in. We have been using AireServ for at least 10 years now. They have always been amazing. Their prices are fair, they communicate well, and their customer service is great. Today, I called them when I thought one of my AC units went out. I was a bit in a panic because we are leaving town tomorrow, and after explaining the situation to them, they had Larry out here within the hour, and within an hour of that, he had my AC cooling again! I am so grateful for AireServ!
