We just replaced our 20 year old furnace with Advantage Air Solutions and we had a GREAT experience!! Glen diagnosed the problem with our old furnace, he recommended the new unit at a very reasonable cost, and he was able to schedule our installation within 2 days!! Ali also helped with the installation with a crew of 2 other helpers. Ali was extra friendly, showed me the new unit and thermostat and how to maintain it properly--he was very helpful too! We called and they put us in priority because we had not had air in 3 days...they were there PROMPT the next day, actually BEFORE the time they mentioned (which is unheard of) and had us cooled off very quickly. Thanks to Advantage Air and specifically to Glen for helping us with our heater problem. I had home warranty and they sent someone who came up with several issues and a big fee (shy of $900) for the fix from my pocket. Glen came and look at it and all it needed was a $15 capacitor replacement besides labor fee. I would recommend Advantage Air Solutions to all. Advantage Air Solutions is a TOP of the line company. Each time we called Glen he was always there to help us out even on a Sunday. We had our AC go out of course in the summertime and him and his crew were very prompt in getting us flowing with cool air again. We also had troubles with our heat not blowing hot air and Glen came by and got us back to warmth. I would rate Advantage Air Solutions as a 10++++. Very prompt and courteous each and every time.

I have used Advantage Air Solutions several times over the years. I own a business and have 6 locations….I swear Advantage has serviced them all at some point. Every time I call someone answers the phone and 90% of the time they are out taking care of the problem the next day! I’ve used different AC companies here and there….but always get the best service from Glenn and Advantage Air!!

Our technician, Glen, arrived on time asked some questions and immediately got to work. After taking some readings he diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be done. He went out to his truck, came in and swapped out a part. The furnace started right away. Glen is knowledgeable and friendly.

Glen is the best, trustworthy and honest! My wife and I are currently in the process of buying a house and Glen made sure we knew what to expect with the condition of the installed AC unit and furnace. Update February 2026:
Our furnace stopped working right before the winter cold front… but Glen and his team were superb and quick to replace our whole system to make sure our house and we stay warm during the freezing temperatures!

Glen at A.A.S is phenomenal. I have a home warranty on my home and was unsure about the work they were quoting. I've called Glen to help me better understand the repairs that are required. For my furnace repair, he quoted me higher quality parts for a lower price on my repair. I used him to complete the repair instead of the home warranty technician (who later tried to lower their prices when I questioned the cost).

Advantage Air has been consistently professional, answers all questions, begins when he says he will, has great people employed and really makes this problem as easy as it can be.
Both my husband and I have full confidence in his work and recommendations.
We wouldn’t consider using another company. He’s the best and honest!

I had the best experience with Advantage air. Not only were they super reasonable prices compared to our home warranty company ( so we did not use warranty company) but super clean. They ran canvas tarps all along the inside of our house and up the stairs. Never have I had this type of service with a company. They are very professional. I absolutely recommend this company as they were recommended to me.

Let me start off by saying I do very few reviews.

A few years back colleague of mine gave me his contact information when I was having AC troubles at my house.

I asked for the short version of why I should use Glen McDonald…my friend responded with the most important thing somebody could say about another, “He’s one of the most honest people I’ve ever met“

I contacted Glen he came out on time, did what he said he was gonna do and charged a fair price. In today’s world, these things are all very important.

I have old air conditioners and Glen has made every effort to repair and keep them going. He has not been trying to sell me on installing new units.

He told me when something couldn’t be repaired. He would let me know and that would be the time to replace it.

Glen has always shown up with a smile on his face and has always found a way to fit me in the schedule to make sure that we were not uncomfortable when our AC needed repair.

Bottom line is that Glen is a class act.

Kind. Fast. Kept me informed. My part replaced was only $68…..additional fees came to $283 but I get it. Advantage Air Solutions is the only company that we have used throughout the history of the house.
