I don’t know where to start with this business. Amy was able to set up an appointment with a technician next day at first but once I told her AC was out she was able to set up a same day appointment due to emergency situations. Nick the technician was prompt and respected distancing (remind you this is during COVID). He was able to diagnose, prepare parts, AND repair same day. SUPER knowledgeable, MEGA helpful. Without a doubt will be using this company for ALL my AC and heating problems!

My AC quit working due to the capacitor dying and being low on freon. We called Kelly’s and received amazing customer service during the phone call. They were able to get us schedule same day and arrive within 2 hours of our phone call! They confirmed it was the capacitor and replaced it and found that the Freon was low and took care of that. They also cleaned the coil and checked to make sure everything else was functioning properly. My AC is now working better than it has in a long time! They didn’t try to up sell and the value is great! It’s good to know we now have an awesome and honest HVAC company we can call if we have any HVAC issues in the future! The guys that responded were SO nice and professional! HIGHLY recommend this awesome company for any HVAC needs!

Fast. Trustworthy. Helpful. Good man. I had called a different place and the lady that answered the phone was unwilling to help me with even the most basic questions. But then I called Kelly’s and he was so helpful. Patient and kind.

I have used Kelly’s Heating and Air for years. Honest company. Upstairs A/C compressor went out. Called them late in the day on Wednesday. Out the next day Thursday to diagnose. Ordered compressor and back to fix on Friday. All during this current heat wave. Thanks Brad.

When we purchase our house we called out several companies to check out our AC. It was having trouble cooling. 3 of the 4 companies told us we needed to replace both of our units and provided quotes. Kelly's (Brad) was the only one that took the time to actually test the units. He added some freon and some caps to the lines. We ran the units for an additional three years before they actually needed to be replaced. Kelly's was the only one we called when that time came. They have been servicing our home for 10+ years. I trust them enough to recommend them every chance I get. Great company to work with.

From the initial contact to completion of the installation Andrew was there to walk us through the entire process. The installation crew were very professional and done an excellent job. Brad showed up on the day I requested service due to heater issue. He checked the system, noted clean filter, as well as turned on heater while in the maintenance attic. Then after he came downstairs, he ventured to the garage to show me how to perform maintenance just as he did in the attic. Only took a flip on/off of the power switch to trigger furnace and to gain heat once again upstairs AND downstairs. Very quick and easy lesson to perform "heat fix." System is running well now and thermostat is also working better. Highly recommend Kelly's!

Brad's been a trusted partner of our family since the 80's when his father was in charge, and to date he continues to give us the best possible service.

We have always used Kelly's Heating and Air since we built our house back in 1984. They are the only company I trust. Recently we did a complete replacement on the Heat Pump AC system that manages the bedroom side of the house. I touched base with Brad the owner after an inspector’s report on our home which we are about to sell. He immediately sent Andrew out who was very professional and he agreed to come back to fix a concern in the attic. Both Andrew and brad came today and quickly remedied the situation. I’ve been using Kelly’s for over 10 years. Today, Brad and Andrew were great (as usual)! They arrived within the promised time window and completed the service in a very short period. They explained everything that they were doing, while they were doing it. I’d recommend Kelly’s to everyone!

Kelly’s came out on a service call and unfortunately our heater needed to be replaced. We had an option for a cheaper fix but decided it was time.

The work was scheduled and they no showed. When I asked they said they had the install set for the wrong day and didn’t notice it. Not sure how, I received 2 text messages and an email confirming the correct day and time. Installers were great, quick, and left no mess.

Make sure you get a second quote, my other proposal did not come in time, but I could have saved $2K by going with someone else.
