Over the years, we’ve had several good experiences using IME to replace/repair our A/C units, so we decided to call IME again when it was time to replace our 21-year-old Lennox Furnace. This time we worked with Jake Stastny. Jake was very responsive and wonderful to do business with - he gave us an initial quote and then worked with us to adjust the quote based on some upgrades we desired – e.g. Hung-Rite Kit, redoing both plenums…etc. Selbin did the install and did an excellent job, taking his time to ensure it was all done correctly. After the install, Jake brought an electrician (Felix) to ensure that the breakers in our electrical panel were sized correctly for our HVAC units. Felix was great too - while he was here, we asked him numerous electrical questions and he happily answered every one of them. Jake then worked with the City of Southlake to get all inspections passed and made a special trip to haul our old unit away. We couldn’t be happier with the honest service we received from IME – Jake, Selbin and Felix!

My condenser unit bit the dust after 20 years. I contacted IME via their website, and was later contacted by Jake. He was a pleasure to deal with: nice, courteous, professional, and honest. He was very responsive, even outside of normal business days/hours. He walked me through the entire process, gave me a competitive quote, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good.

We had one installation hiccup, and Jake followed through to make sure their tech came back out and got it fixed ASAP.

I will be using IME for any future HVAC or electrical issues.

After dealing with a failing 20+ year old HVAC system it was time for a new one. I did some research but settled on IME from a friend’s recommendation. Best decision ever! I asked them to send a technician first (Jesse) to see if there was any hope for the old unit but it was toast. They scheduled me to meet with their sales advisor, Jake Stanley, so he could assess my system and give me recommendations and quotes. The quotes were so good I signed on the dotted line right away. By the end of the following week I had a new HVAC system.
Francisco and his team did an excellent job on the install. The customer service was top notch. I never had to call to check on progress. Jake kept me informed throughout the process. He also made sure any issues were promptly addressed. I highly recommend Integrated Mechanical & Electric services based on their customer service alone. You won’t regret it!

I purchased two new (5 TON & 3TON) Lennox systems in November 2023. Kyle was straight forward with me and did not push me to do anything I did not want to do.

The work crew were professional and they finished the job in time and did a great job. There were some issues with one of the unit but they sent a technician right away to fix the problem.

It was a pleasant experience using IME and I would recommend them. The best thing with them is they educate you while going through the options and that was refreshing.

These guys are Amazing! I reached out to them because my AC went out when we were having triple digit temperature. Kyle came over to my house within a few hours. Very Professional. Kyle was very knowledgeable on his products and did not, try to up sell us on anything we didn’t need. On our final walk through, Kyle actually helped us with adjusting the fan speeding the new unit, which toned down the a/c sound itself. Very pleased with unit. Works great!! Our AC kicked dust, and my husband contacted IME. The very next morning Kyle was out at our home providing us a proposal for a new unit. As any huge expense I was frightened to look at the total cost, however it was not as bad as I was thinking. Kyle explained everything to us in detail and even answered a few of our questions twice! IMES was a good company to work with. Kyle was professional and communicative, and we were impressed with the attitude and effort displayed by the install crew. The install took a significant amount of time longer than estimated, due to an issue with a tool. However, the crew came back the next day and finished the job up after getting a replacement tool. Overall a good experience.

We got a great service from IME Services from start to finish. Benny came out doing a survey and provided us with a proposal for replacing both HVAC units. The quote was very reasonable price within our range. He was very straight forward and never pushed us to buy extra stuff we didn’t need. IME did an excellent job on my furnace replacement. Kyle went above and beyond finding the exact model number I wanted and even accommodated
timeframes and delivery requests. The installer Juan was very professional, very careful with the equipment and my system, and did a great quality job and in a short amount of time. Thank you!

I had to get my whole AC system replaced since it was put in the house while the dinosaurs were still on earth. Being a pretty expensive purchase I talked to many AC companies and researched different brands. I was very happy with the price Kyle gave me for a Lennox unit. He came out to look what needs to be done and stick to his first quote. It was very easy to schedule. The installers were very friendly and efficient too. Overall I'm very happy with my decision.

I had an excellent experience with this AC company. My home is a new build, and I was concerned about a noise coming from the AC unit. After contacting the builder, they referred me to this company. Christian answered my call and was very professional, assuring me that he would send someone right away.

Jake with IME was absolutely fantastic. He too care of all our needs. Our AC went out in the middle of summer and he had us back up and running working 48 hours! The did a clean and quick job. Very competitive on pricing. He even did several follow ups weeks later checking in to see how everything was going and if there was anything he could take care of. 5/5 would recommend!

Jake, our salesperson knew his products and what would be best for our home. No pressure, all professional. Installation was done in less than a day. Inspection by city was completed and passed. Inspector commented that installation was done perfectly. Oh, one last thing. BEST PRICE WE RECEIVED. Unit is a name brand with great warranty. Could not be happier.

My AC unit quit blowing cold air out of the blue, so I called the company that originally installed the unit to diagnose and fix the issue. (I will not disclose the company name until I get more thorough information). They were able to diagnose the issue and said all they needed was a new part and they would get back to me the next day to schedule the fix. However, they never called me back and they would not answer any phone calls or respond to any written communication, thus leaving me without AC, and a really bad taste in my mouth from the experience. This is where IME stepped in and Jake Stastny was able to get a technician scheduled to come look at my unit the very next day. Jose, the technician that was sent out to my house, was able to quickly identify the issue and explain in detail what the issue was and what my options were, in a very professional and transparent manner. I could not have been any happier with him and his service, and I greatly appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Then, I called their office this morning (4/14/25) to get an update on next steps, and Christian went out of his way to find some information I needed around the model of my unit and so forth, as that information was not readily available. Even though IME is not a contractor with my home warranty company, Christian still went above and beyond to help me with the information I needed, as well as provide transparent pricing in the event I needed to go through IME for their services if my home warranty company wouldn't cover the issue. After seeing the refreshing and professional way my AC situation was handled by IME, I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs, and I will be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward.
