In the first visit from this company they got the issues figured out. Blower motor and thermostat issues were repaired and had my house feeling amazing again.

Definitely like to thank Kyle Cooper (sales rep) for being attentive and giving us the best possible price for our new A/C installation. I checked out 5 other companies but IME gave me the best price with a good system. The installation went by smooth, and had cool air within that same day. This installation took place about 6 months ago, and everything is still running good!

IME installed our new A/C-Heat Pump system on October 6, 2016 and we have been with this company since then. We have dealt with Lauren for the last 6 years and it's been a pleasure. She has always been very polite, understanding, and has a pleasing personality. She understands your concerns and will get a resolution to your issue or problem. One time there was a report not filled out correctly during a maintenance check-up. I called Lauren and she immediately notified the technician and had him to come back to our home and do it over CORRECTLY.

Today, we got a new technician, JOSE, who serviced our unit for yearly maintenance. He was AWESOME. He was very, very thorough and explained every detail of what he was doing. We requested that Jose be the one to come back and perform the maintenance on our unit in the fall.

I worked with Kyle Cooper for A/C condenser and evaporator replacement. He was very responsive through text and emails. I solicited quotes from 4 different places and IME had the best pricing for the same or comparable equipment. Installation team was on time and quick.

I have owned my home for over 20 years. I have had to replace my outside unit 10 years ago. However last year, my AC went out during the 100+ degree weather here. Long story short, I called an AC company that I will not name. Came to my house and after the tech could not put coolant in the unit because he didn't have the correct tools, so he said he needed to replace the whole hvac system for 17k! I had to call another company, which basically said the same thing. But at least they were able to put coolant in for about 1k!

Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I saw IME in the local business paper that we have ,and I called them. Jake who was my salesperson came out and was able to give me a quote for the new unit, which was half of what the first company quoted. However , he recommended that I get a service guy come out to let me know if we even needed to replace the whole system.

Today, 5/23 Martin the service tech came out. Martin asked me to tell him what was going on so he would know what he's dealing with. I told him about all of the information that the other companies gave. He then told me what he was going to do. Martin was able to not only fix our issue , but he did something that the other companies did NOT do. He flushed my system, told me how to keep the system clear of clogs. He opened my vents and showed me how to do it myself. He literally got his hands dirty, which is something neither of the other 2 companies did. And the best part is, he told me we didn't really need a new unit. Bottom line is the other companies could have easily done this and gained a customer for life. Instead , they lost a customer.

IME is by far the best Heating and AC company in Dallas as far as I am concerned, and these reviews prove that. I highly recommend using IME for any HVAC needs you have.

We just purchased the fifth system (HVAC) from this company, and Jake helped us out. Everything was seamless and he was more than cooperative and professional. The crew was very efficient. Imc services installed a new a/C and Heating system. Jake was the salesman that came out and gave me a estimate. He was very knowledgeable and followed up with me to get the system installed. Juan installed the system they did a good job. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Very reasonable price.

We have installed 3 new AC Unit cooling and heating and the service from IME was excellent , the prices were reasonable when compared to other companies … Kyle was knowledgable enough to explain us how the install will be done and he gave us good discounted quote compared to other companies. Infact, we had some minor concerns post the new AC install ,and reported to Kyle , he took care of it right way. We needed both AC units replaced at our home as they both failed within a couple days of each other in the Texas heat. After quoting with 5 different installers IME had the best price, and fastest availability, without trying to upsell us.
The install crew worked in an organized manner, cleaned after themselves extremely well, and to be frank left my attic wiring and piping more organized than they found it! They replaced the AC and furnace for both upstairs and downstairs and were done in a few hours. Seriously impressive work and excellent price compared to all the other quotes we got.

Kyle is my service advisor who provided excellent and professional customer service. I also love their after-sale follow up, which is annual maintenance service offers two visits in Spring and Fall with very reasonable pricing and good services. The best AC company in town.
