So we are looking to purchase a home that Kelly services for the owner's semi annual check up. They did not install it but the outside compressor is setting on an old rotting pallet not a proper slap or pad. 3 years and no one from Kelly's told them this was an issue???? Their recent inspection said nothing is wrong with the HVAC but now they want to charge the seller's $350 to replace the pallet with a proper pad. They never even addressed the rusting drip pans in the attic. Best to spend your money elsewhere.

As always, a wonderful experience! They are always in time, very polite, do quick work, and try to find the way to do the best job while saving us the most money. Couldn’t be happier with Kelly’s and their amazing team!

Our HVAC system was 21 years old and finally gave out. We needed an entire new system . The Kelly’s team came out the very next day and out with the old and in with the new in record time. Before we new it we were up and running! Our bulldog is very happy and of course so are we! Thanks to all at Kelly’s for a job well done!

Well, not so happy this time around! As my outside unit wasn't making the noise the afternoon they showed up, as there was a cloud cover and a cool front so, my air was set to 80 all morning. I cranked the air down while they were here, and once it came on, there still wasnt the sound I had been hearing. Probably due to the facr that it hadn't been running.

So both Andrew and Brad stated they would come and put a sound barrier cushion under the unit. For me not to worry, even if i wasn't home they could get it done and then of course bill my landlord. Mind you, that sound barrier placement still hasn't happened.

The following morning the air was on, and the outside unit was screaming the noise again, so I recorded it. Called spoke to Andrew he wanted me to text it. Unfortnately, it would not send that way, so I sent it to their fb business page, waited 3 days, and nothing! Called got a hold of Andrew again and well, once again he asked for me to send in text. Which my daughter was able to get it to send. It has now been a couple of weeks and still NOTHING!

I believe after the Holiday, I will just call a different company. Sorry Kelly's Air/Heat, but you guys have let me down!

From the first visit to discuss our needs, to the visit to plan material needed, to the actual work being done, all was banshee beautifully.
The work crew arrived earlier than expected. They worked nonstop despite the ridiculously high temperatures. They were polite and friendly, cleaned up the mess caused by the idiot who owned our home before, and even pointed out something they had broken and insisted on paying to replace despite my protests.
I will definitely turn to them for any future work.

Last October, of 2018, my husband and I had a new HVAC system put in by Kelly's Heating and air. All of the gentleman that did the installation were kind, hard working, and went above and beyond to make sure everything with our new system was perfect as well as making sure that everything was left clean and tidy. If you're looking for an air conditioning/heating company to install a new system for you or, if you just need maintenance on your existing unit, Kelly's is the one and only place you should call. Their prices are unbeatable and I can promise that your being a happy and satisfied customer is everything to them. We cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness, hard work ethic, and reliability. If we could give more than 5 star's we absolutely would. Poor job, had to have another company fix it less than 2 years later. Kelly’s ignored my phone calls, and refused to even come look at it. They suddenly stopped servicing my area.

Terrible install job as well. Many leaks in the system after the install done by day laborers. Their address is a post office so they cannot be sued. BEWARE!

Brad came out as soon as possible after a holiday weekend and not only repaired our system, but showed us what to do if it happens again. So glad we bought our units from Kelly Heating and Air!

Mr. Kelly was very helpful, did a great job and took time to answer several questions my son and I had about our air conditioning system. We learned a great deal. I'll be using Kelly's from now on.

Nick was on time and went right to work on the clogged AC drain. When he arrived he had his quote ready. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. This also including him checking the air filter and outside coils which he said were good. We have been a long time user of Kelly's and have recommended them many times. Another job well done, Thanks Nick and the good people at Kelly's.

These guys are incredible. From fitting us into their very booked schedule, to their friendly service and installers, this company will find the problem and get it done. And did I mention the A/C is blowing incredibly cold?! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs A/C work and repair.

I lost my furnace after having been out of power for 30+ hours during the weather emergency in Feb 2021. I called 10 places at 8pm and 2 places responded. I had booked an appt with a different company but Andrew still FaceTimed with me at night to help with diagnostics. I thanked him for his time and told him i would reach out if I needed service again as I had already booked an early morning appt with other company. Well that company no called, no showed on me and I called Kelly Heating and Air at noon the next day. They were at my house by 4:30 and repairs done by 5. Andrew was a awesome! He explained everything they were doing and I felt he understood my sense of urgency to have heat for the night. They were a life saver and I would highly recommend!
