This is my second review of the services provided by Metrocrest Air Conditioning/Heating. Dave Is consistently reliable and trust worthy for heating and air conditioning services. He has been my only provider for these services for over 20 years I have found him to be conscientious and completely professional He is responsive to service needs and always keeps appointments on time. You can't go wrong calling Metrocrest Air Conditioning and Heating.

Dave was prompt and on time with next day service. Installed entire new system and you would never know they were here, except for the great cool air. Superior service and competitive pricing. I would recommend Metrocrest to anyone, everytime.

Dave has done commercial and residential HVAC service for me and my company for the past 20 years. His work has been excellent and very cost effective. He never attempts to recommend unnecessary parts and service.

There is a certain comfort when a contractor shows up with tools in hand, parts on the truck, and the wisdom to know how to quickly diagnose and solve the problem. Not only did Dave listen to me, answered all my questions, and gave honest and realistic advice, but also performed the repairs very efficiently. I’ve been a customer of Dave’s since my house was built. In the last 20 years he’s helped with repairs, maintenance and upgrades. He’s always super professional, fast to respond, quick to get it fixed, and knowledgeable about explaining what was done and what to expect in the future. I’ve used lots of companies for other services, but for A/C I’ve never had to vary from Metrocrest.

Metrocrest AC is top notch! I called Dave early Monday morning about an issue I was having with one of my AC units. Dave said he would contact me about an hour later saying he was in my area and could come by in 15 minutes. He arrived and soon diagnosed my problem, a seized motor. Dave quickly replaced the motor and the AC was working better than before. Thanks for the prompt and courteous service!

Dave has been an excellent resource in helping us to know when we can nurse a unit for a little bit longer, and then when it is time to consider replacement. Dave has serviced our furnaces and air conditioners in 4 of our family homes over the years! He is quick to respond, very efficient in diagnosing any problems and the follow through with repairs is always done in a timely fashion. He is friendly and always leaves his work area clean. Dave is amazing! Every single time I call him, he comes right away and solves my problem. Every. Time. He’s friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and his rates are very competitive. He is far superior to the big box A/C companies! Texas summers require a great A/C repairman on speed dial and Dave is my guy.

Dave is wonderful. Many years ago he installed our AC units and performs the annual service check every year. He promptly returns our call each year and is here either the same day or next. We are very grateful for his reliability, honesty and clear patient answers to our questions.

Dave has been my Heating/AC Specialist since 2001. He nursed my original equipment furnace (1985) and my A/C from that time until now. He advised me years ago that the system would need to be replaced, but did not 'hard-sell' me. This inspection cycle, Dave drew the line as there was a carbon monoxide leak.

Dave gave me an excellent price on a higher capacity system (furnace/ac) and a NEST programmable thermostat.

Dave, Remo and the crew arrived and a few hours later, they had completed the job. They were quiet and clean; leaving no evidence that they had even been here.

If you want professional heating and a/c assistance and you don't want a stressful service call or installation, you will not regret working with Metrocrest Heating-A/C.

I recently had an issue with my AC and called Dave with Metrocrest and he was able to come to my home right away. Before arriving, questions were asked to see if there was something that homeowner could fix, i.e. filter change, to see if service call was even necessary---very trustworthy and not out to make a fast buck. After arriving he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. I have used Metrocrest in the past and will definitely use them again. Very professional, efficient and friendly service.

Update: Metrocrest is the most reliable heating and air conditioning company we have ever dealt with. Very honest, quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. Thank you Dave!
Previous post: Dave at Metrocrest has serviced our heating and air conditioning for several years. He even installed a new system for us a few years ago. His work is excellent always goes the extra mile and his pricing if very fair. We wouldn't call anyone else.

Been using Dave and Metrocrest now for almost 10 years on my rental properties. Dave has always been a straight shooter and gives you an honest assessment. There have been a couple instances where he could have recommended I buy a new AC unit, like some of the other vendors, but told me to just maintain it and keep it running as long as I can. Always appreciate that type of honesty!

Dave serviced our two AC systems today everything was good to go for the summer. We have used Dave for many years. He replaced one AC unit and a new gas furnace in the past. We are very pleased with his work. He is honest and trustworthy. We plan to use him to replace our second AC next year.
