Bill did an amazing job. He was very educational and informative. I appreciate how thorough he was in going through our system. I’m not sure if there is a way to make notes in my file, but if I call back needing service, repair or replacement, then I’d want Bill to do the work.

Keith was excellent service tech and very knowledgeable on AC systems. He completely checked out the unit and didn't stop at what he thought was the problem which could have been a couple of things. I wish I went with him from the beginning cause I was diagnosed wrong the first time. Barts was extremely professional with helping us with our problem and Keith was amazing, Friendly and knowledgeable. I've used barts in the past and will not use anyone else because of Keith and the professional people even behind the scenes I had to talk to. Thank you Barts and mostly thank you Keith

Billy and John were so efficient and nice! They did the full install and were quick but thorough. They even vacuumed our floor when the insulation was coming from the attic. I cannot recommend Barts enough. I called Monday with an issue, they had someone out within 4 hours, and two days later my problem is fixed and it wasn’t a small job. If you’re looking for an AC place, Bart’s is the place to call! We used them a year ago and came right back for this issue in a new house. Once again they don’t dissapoint!

Brandon was thorough and did an amazing job on our AC maintenance. He found some plumbing issues and was very forthcoming in showing me pictures of the issue, explaining the problem, and suggesting corrections. 10/10. Great customer service!

We had a leak in our ceiling from the a/c drain pipe, and initially called our home warrant company. The tech they sent created a laundry list of expensive repair issues, most of which the warranty company wouldn't cover. I called Bart's for a second opinion, and their technician Craig came out almost immediately. He fixed the issues causing the leak, and let us know that we didn't need most of the other repairs the home warranty tech had suggested. He also checked our outside unit to ensure it was running correctly. Issues resolved!

I highly recommend Bart's for their quick response and for Craig's skilled professionalism. If we have any furlture a/c issues, we'll call Bart's. They really care about their customers.

Bill did a fantastic job! I had an issue with another AC company I used and so I called Bart plumbing to come out and do a new diagnosis to figure out what the other company couldn’t, Bill was able to give me a lot more detail and spent a good amount of time looking into everything! He was also very kind and did a great job explaining everything in detail!

Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and fair pricing! I called. Two hours later Bill is in my home fixing what others failed to fix. I cannot say enough good things about the tech who came to my home and repaired my Carrier Infinity unit. If he is representative of all this company they are one remarkable group! Yes, they will be back for all my HVAC needs!

Craig was awesome and very professional!! He found that an expensive repair that my sellers were initially told by another HVAC company needed to be done, did not need replacing at all. The system just needed to be cleaned. This saved my sellers a ton of money!! Thank you so much Craig for your expertise and honesty. I highly recommend Bart’s - do not even think about going anywhere else!!

Brandon was on time, polite and efficient. He changed my a/c condenser fan motor and was reasonably priced.
Will definitely use them again.

I since then got a quote from Bart's to replace the whole unit and was also reasonably priced.
They even deducted the expense for the previous work.
Harrison and Anthony did an excellent job replacing them and didn't even stop for lunch, they said they wanted the house cool first.

Craig did a great job fixing my A/C unit. It took him only about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem - shorted contactor - and begin repairs. Have had a great experience with the maintained plan. Jack came out today and provided excellent knowledge and explanation of how the HVAC system was doing.

We received excellent service from Christmas Air at our home in Flower Mound. He was very thorough and took time to explain everything.

Cody Jones was exemplary! He came out even though it was Christmas Eve and was kind, efficient, and very helpful about ways we can prevent future issues while also walking us through affordable options. Cody also made sure that was got a window unit in a timely manner to help with this very warm Christmas!

Christmas Air has done a great job for us. They replaced our systems last year and everything has been great. The maintenance they provide has worked great. Every person I have talked to in the company has been professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them.
