Christmas does a good job. They’ve upheld the standards , and I think kept the same people , through acquisition of Prospers Finest and Barts. They got to us the next business day from an after hours call , showed up early, and diagnosed and repaired first trip. Kileb was fantastic

Once again Christmas Air Conditioning and Heating raised the bar for other A/C companies! They came within an hour of my call, after hours, and had my air working quickly for a reasonable price. Braulio was very professional, kind, and thorough. He was great to work with and I wouldn't expect less from the entire company!

Absolutely 5 star Service. David is a true professional. Very easy to be around and comfortable to have in our home . He went the extra mile while here installing our new hot water heater and when he came out to check out what was wrong and explain our options . Jack showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure our HVAC system was functioning correctly. TBT we were considering not renewing, but Jack has restored our heating system after a previous technician had not been able to diagnose the problem. We have asked that Jack be our designated technician going forward.

We have been customers for years and have had the absolute best experiences. Simon visited us today and was quick, thorough, and took time to talk with me and answer questions. My dogs love him too. Great price, great customer service, always ready to teach.

Phil was on time and he went over and beyond explaining how to maintain our unit. He also was very knowledgeable when we asked additional questions about our heat pump.

Jacob performed our winter maintenance, gas furnace inspection and was very personable and professional. We've had this company service our home in Argyle for a few years and have always had good service.

The service techs in the field are experienced and very good and transparent. The office scheduling is the best I have dealt with in 40 years of building and management. When I call I get a knowledgeable person with no BS and dedicated follow up. Excellent Service

Does seem to be in the higher end of pricing, especially since we have a maintenence contract and we provided the parts; however, they were here in less than 2 days after being called about our water main valve leakage, so that's a plus!

Christmas Air-Conditioning/Plumbing continues to shine. We are now using for our home, had already been using at our business. Kaileb was amazing in cleaning our vent ducts from our dryer, best they’ve looked since we moved in. Courteous, knowledgeable and engaging. Seems like all the techs at Christmas are this personable and honestly, it makes a difference. After being in business for 15 yrs, I know it starts with a person at their office that initiates this seamless process and at Christmas, it’s definitely Christina. She is a rock star and takes the communication and follow-thru to the next level (thank you). Merry Christmas (pun and no pun intended)

We had Matthieu come out to look at a plumbing issue and he went above and beyond with his inspection of the problem. He provided great service and is very knowledgeable. We ended up using a different company due to time constraints but will definitely keep A#1 in mind for future needs!!

Kenneth Mills was the tech, called on the way, showed up late night, helped get my ac back running. Everything was straight forward, and fair priced. Hight recommend

Jacob was outstanding. He worked for a long time to fully diagnose and fix a tough plumbing issue that wasn’t a quick or easy job, and he never rushed it or cut corners. He was professional, patient, and clearly cared about doing the job right. He explained what was going on, stayed focused until the problem was resolved, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone this dedicated and thorough. I would absolutely recommend Jacob to anyone who needs a reliable, skilled plumber.

Omar was AMAZINGLY helpful! He thoroughly diagnosed our HVAC system and found the issues that others had not been able to determine. Knowledgeable and genuinely customer service oriented. He explained everything he was doing, what we needed and why, and went above and beyond to assure that our family was taken care of. You can trust Omar.

We have been A#1 air customers for a long time on their service plan with seasonal service checks and maintenance. They replaced both of our air conditioner units. Our main unit has had issues since the beginning, leaks every year needing more refrigerant. Every year despite warranties has needed costly repairs or refills of refrigerant. And we paid for the refrigerant everytime until the last one when we complained that this was the 4th or 5th time we were having to pay for refrigerant on a system that was supposed to be warrantied for 14 years. The new system has been nothing but headaches since install. Breaking down at least once or twice a year, every year.

The previous tech prior to Kenneth also tried to upsell us on a costly duct cleaning despite the fact that we had a Duct cleaning by A#1 air just a year and a half prior. He then proceeded to service our system and removed the air filters and didn't replace them but didn't tell us. When Kenneth came out 3 months later because our system was again saying low refrigerant he told us that we had no air filters in place. I think the previous tech was trying to make our system dirty and fail so that we would have to pay for duct cleaning. Kenneth had to do a condenser coil cleaning because of the previous tech, but I'm sure our ducts are now dirty.

We called to try to complain and were assured a manager would call us. At 4:30 PM 12/23 he called directly to our voice mail saying that he was leaving for the day. Convenient for him to make sure our phones didn't ring and go straight to voicemail.

We called back immediately to talk to him. He had left for the holiday. We called asking to talk to any other managers. Still no calls.

Kenneth was great. But we got a lemon for an expensive HVAC system, and the previous tech seems to have been trying to cause our system to become dirty and fail.

Still waiting on customer service to call us.

Duane was amazing! He took time to inspect everything and answer my questions. I had to have a faucet replaced in my kitchen and he did a beautiful job! I highly recommend A#1 Air and Duane for any plumbing needs. I’ll definitely be requesting him for any future work!

Yasua is the best technician and knows his stuff… he is A#1 Air for me… He knows how to diagnose the problem and get it fixed… Thanks for honest people who take pride in their work! With my situation, it was truly a wonderful option to have the maintenance plan as well after installing my new unit last August… totally recommend the service plan … it pays for itself !

The technician was excellent. He did a great job. The price was about $500 more than I thought it would be. I’m a retired contractor. Having them come out next week to clean my a/c ducts and service the a/c. I was warned that it may cost as much as $2300. That also seems excessively high. But the company is solid and they give you a 5 year warranty.

I cannot recommend Mario Blanco enough! My AC was coming on and shutting off. It turned out to be an electrical issue with the breaker. Mario was friendly, clearly experienced, and took the time to make sure we understood what was happening. He had the right parts on hand and completed the repair quickly.

Jonathan is fantastic. He went above and beyond and stayed on top of our work request even after a delay with the manufacturer sending a new part. In the end, Jonathan ensured the work was completed to our satisfaction. Five stars!
