Issac R and Giovany L were great! Fast, clean work. Very responsible. Dallas city inspector came out and passed their work. Said they did everything they told me they would do and it was a quality job!

My service was a warranty maintenance service visit for the whole system, heat & air. Elijah Dickson was my maintenance tech. He was excellent & a very nice young man. He was thorough & allowed me time to ask questions. He informed me about the product to purchase to keep the slime out of my system. I would consider him an asset for any company.

Sam was excellent - forthright, informative and honest, presenting our options, choices an recommendations. Andy, the super, was also very good. The install team seemed to do all that they should have done. Wife & I are happy at least so far. (It's only been hours) But I sense this - if there's anything that comes up, A1 will 'make it right'.

Gerber Palacios did a wonderful job on the install of a new unit for us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and we are super grateful for him and his partner for the work the did for us! 10/10 service

Brandon was very polite upon arrival. He made me feel as if he knew what he was doing and he went right to work. When I had a question, once the job was done, he gave a clear answer and I felt confident when he left that there will be no other problems.

Great service. Juan did amazing job clean and repairing our system. My family can breath fresh dust free air again. Highly recommend A#1 Air for service of your heating and cooling system! I have used most services in area and these guys really helped us, they are honest and offered service at great price.

Scott was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was very thorough with checking all of our electric and was so patient when listening to our concerns and answering our questions. We will absolutely work with Scott again and we look forward to having some of the improvements and repairs done.

Service was great! My AC unit was not turning on and cranking cold air so I gave A1 Air a call at 10 PM in the evening and they were able to get a technician out the next day on Saturday. My technician was Jacob Hensly and he was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through everything that he was doing. If you need quick service and great customer service, this is the company to go with!

Omar and Santiago installed our new Trane ACHV system to replace our 10-year-old system that failed this morning when our thermostat burned up. Both gentlemen were professional and accomplished the installation in minimum time.

Clint is always prompt, friendly and polite and does a very very very good job! I always request him when I call for any plumbing issues because he always knows what to do to take care of the problem. My husband has also met him and really likes him too

A#1 installed a Daikin AC/Furnace system in 2015 with a 16-year parts and labor warranty.

On 2/7, the indoor evaporator coil failed. I was told the part was covered, but the refrigerant was not. After reviewing my warranty paperwork, it clearly states that refrigerant loss due to a covered component failure is included. Only after sending them the highlighted documentation did they remove the refrigerant charge.

Since then, the repair process has involved multiple reschedules due to incorrect parts being ordered. The first visit was rescheduled because the job was larger than the scheduled time. The second visit revealed the coil ordered did not match the system. The next scheduled appointment was canceled because the replacement part was again the wrong size. I have asked multiple times for clarification on what part is being ordered and have not received a clear answer. I am still waiting for an ETA.

I was later told that when they upgraded their computer system, my warranty details did not transfer over, which is why I was initially told refrigerant was not covered.
This has involved inaccurate warranty information, repeated incorrect parts, and ongoing delays. For a company that prices at the higher end of the market, this level of execution and communication is unacceptable.

They were quick to respond and come out to give an estimate. Sheldon was a down to earth individual, very personal, great customer service. The installation guys John and Angel were both exceptional , very knowledgeable and professional.

Brandon did a great job. He was very professional and showed concern for my electrical issues. He pointed out the part failure and explained it to me. Brandon maid the needed repair and explained the repair process. After the repair was made he verified that everything was working as it should before leaving.

My AC has been working fine and to me trust is always key. After his finding I would have been out of over a thousand dollars maybe more. According to him I needed something to prolong the life of the thermostat,Freon in which he stated he wouldn’t be able to tell how much until he started putting it in. Just didn’t feel like he was being truthful therefore, I payed him for the service for a simple tune up which he tested a few things & washed the units off. Bottom line I’ll stick to my annual service providers. And if I have problems with the units I’ll call my provider from the past. Thanks

Dillon did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable as evident by his quick diagnosis of the problem. He adjusted the programming of our system returning it to perfect order in no time.

He was right on time, gave us incredibly fantastic service, gave us 3 different scenario estimates of how the replacement of an outdoor water spigot may go, depending on different factors that could arise or be found once moving forward with the job. So, “no surprises”!
He was professional, proficient and efficient!
He also showed us about water pressure given by our city’s water company.
That info was informative and appreciated!

I wish I would have knew about them when 1of 2 water tanks had bottomed out in our attic 5 years ago. We now have a tankless water heater up there.

Dylan came out on a Sunday to fix a backed up sink we had. He was very courteous and professional and even lowered the price for us once he identified it was a simple fix. Plumbing still feels really expensive but it’s better than a backed up sink. Highly recommend Dylan.

Jon was courteous and direct. Did a clean job on my leaky outside faucet, before the freezing weekend. Glad for A#1’s availability and professionalism.

Toby did a great job explaining the issue that we had with our system. He seems to be honest with his approach to giving us a couple of options that could save us some money for fixing the problem. Toby will be back tomorrow to test the system further. He did not charge us anything today but according to what he finds will determine a less expensive option or a more expensive coil replacement. Thank you for your honest approach.

The tech Omar did an excellent job. The job was a big job but he took his time to make sure it was done correctly and when he was done he explained to us all he did and how to use our new thermostat. We were very satisfied.
