After calling multiple companies with no luck, Daniel Moncrief with Christmas plumbing was the only one who would come out after 7 PM for our emergency. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and took great care of us. I’m really thankful for their willingness to help when we needed it most. Five stars all the way!

Christmas Air is a great company. They do inspections of my HVAC system twice a year. Josh Emerine came out and checked the heating side of things this time and was very thorough and professional. He is very knowledgeable about everything I ask him about my system. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Good morning, this is the second time we've used your company in the past week. The first day was to figure out what the problem was in our front office area. The technician Kaileb showed me what the issue could be and gave us two options. Add an additional duct or put 4 dampers first to see if that fixes the problem. He shows up ahead of time this morning on 8/11/25 and installed 4 dampers in a matter of minutes. Checks the flow to the office and a few other rooms and we now have over 700cfm compared to around 295cfm from the week before. We'll never use any AC service other than you guys. Kaileb is an amazing, polite young man and knows what he's doing.

Josh had been to my house a couple of times. He is always professional and does a great job!! He is always fair and reasonable in regards to repairs. Christmas Air is always my go to for any of my AC or heating repairs.

We had a new system installation a couple of years ago. On an Thursday evening we discovered it was no longer blowing cold air. I made a call to Christmas Air and they had a technician in my home by 9am Friday morning. They effectively troubleshot a defective part and covered everything, including the dispatch fee and labor, under warranty. These folks back up their product and its service like this that will keep me a customer for life.

Brandon was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job getting us back up and running by getting our dryer vent unclogged. He went above and beyond (into the attic) to fix our issue. Thank you!!

Our 18 year old a/c died Sunday. I called Christmas Air and they had a tech in the area. When Cody arrived he spent a lot of time trying to bring our unit to life, it was no use.
Cody worked with his boss and presented us about 5 replacement options. We chose something in the middle. Monday morning Christmas Air called and said they could install the new unit that day! WOW!
Tuesday, Cody and a helper arrived to do QC check and see if we had any issues. He answered every question and concern.

We have been using Christmas Air for several years. I have never been more comfortable working with a service company. Their techs and staff are very competent and courteous.

We have never been "upsold" or felt we were being taken advantage of.

Christmas Air is my go-to HVAC company. I was able to book online last night and a tech, Kaileb, arrived at 10am today. He was very professional and very nice. He documented his findings and his rationale for the services he was recommending. Then he did the work, processed payment, and I was able to go on with my day in air conditioned bliss. 😂 Thank you to Kaileb and Christmas Air!
