Great service. Came by bright and early on a Saturday morning (initial service call was Friday- within half a hour after I called) and replaced my outdoor compressor and breaker for our electrical panel. He walked me through the process and helped me understand the 'why' for everything he was doing. Everything has been chill since.

Daniel Muñoz did an amazing job with my HVAC service. He was very professional, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. If you get the chance to have Daniel as your technician, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend him!

Omar and Augustin came to do a full removal and new hvac add and new ductwork. Job took 15hrs to complete and they did an AWESOME job. We now have air flow in every room of our house. Very happy with service. Manuel the comfort tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Worked with me based on feedback I got from other hvac providers as well. Overall superb transaction!!

Very quick and professional service. Mr. Woods was courteous of me and my property. He thoroughly tested entire system, did not try to sell me anything, showed me how to clean and maintain the system for optimum performance. Jarred made a follow up call to verify I had an excellent experience. I have two older units and will have A#1Air do my service from this point forward.

This is a correction to my previous comment as I was mad when I posted it! I felt James Ashton from A#1 HVAC and Plumbing was sincere and I wish to retract that 1 star I previously gave them. James sat in my living room and went through all the suggestions the previous help had given me and brought my estimate to repair to less than half of what it had originally been! He was kind, He was personable, and I felt he cared about me. Daniel. Moncrief had come to my house on Saturday evening, even went up on the roof in the dark and worked for 2-3 hours to try to rid the clog but nothing worked. He even had to find my clean out and dig that out of my flower bed so he did a good job for what he could do! The next several days were horrendous for me, but they came and tried cleaning it again from the clean out and nothing was working. The city came out and had a look at it and suggested that I get a second opinion.. I called another company who came within a few hours and did some old time plumber tricks, had the clog cleared in 90 minutes for much less than what I had already paid A#1. I feel this company was not equipped for a plumbing clog but is probably extremely good at HVAC repair. Their customer service was very good.They were great to stay in touch, They put me onto a company called Dry Force, which has been doing a great job so I feel I was unkind and I apologize for allowing my input to damage a well constructed company! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because I really don’t know how good they are at other repairs.

PS: they even refunded my initial fee 👍🏼 and I pray they accept my heartfelt apology!

Had the electrical safety inspection that was included in my membership done today by their technician, Scott Clark. Scott was extremely helpful and professional. I’m a first time homeowner, and he took time to educate me on how everything works and is connected in my electrical panel.

He identified that my home had experienced a few power surges and that’s what was causing an issue with a circuit that kept tripping. I decided to go with a home surge protection panel he recommended so my circuit panel and my EV are better protected in the future.

He will be my first call in the future if anything comes up - would definitely recommend his service.

Marcus, Webster, and Chris were amazing installers!! Fast install and kept everything clean! They were very informative and explained my system and answered all of my questions!
Will use A1Air again !
Broc the salesman was very transparent and helpful!
Had 7 other major companies out to give an estimate on my 5 ton heat pump system.
A1 was right in the middle price wise with a great reliable system Trane!
Very satisfied and feel very confident with my decision!

Update. I was told they would come out Saturday to fill in hole. It is now Sunday and I have not heard from anyone and hole has not been filled.

Broken pipe was fixed. There’s still a hole in my yard with pile of dirt tarp and poles. No one called to let me know the job was completed just assuming it was finished from text for survey. Called this morning to find out if anyone was coming out to fill hole back in and have not heard back. Called again and was told again someone would call me back to schedule a time when they can come fill the hole? Why was it not scheduled yesterday after the pipe was fixed? You keep sending me these review texts and it’s frustrating and now you’re requesting payment when it’s not complete…

The Location Carracas Dr., Dallas, TX I wasVery happy with customer service the young men that came out to our home Hugo John and Angel we’re very professional very clean spoke very proper they had very good customer Interaction they were friendly with my dogs treated them with respect checked everything out thoroughly before leaving left a very clean place I was very happy with A1 and very happy with the crew that was sent out to work here at my house I would recommend A1 Air to anybody and all my family I would even go on commercial to say that I was very satisfied with the services from A1 and the crew that came to my house including the salesman hopefully each one of these young men that came out to our house to inspect for the air conditioner and to set up the air conditioner receives a good Christmas bonus for them and their family for the hospitality and making me feel like family to them thank you A1 air-conditioning for your service and for the hospitality of the crew and salesman of this company y’all have very good employees I give them a 10 star rating and they were done in a very quick and timely manner if I ever have any issues or routine check ups I would love for them to come back to maintenance and do routine check ups on my unit that’s how satisfied I was with their service happy Thanksgiving merry Christmas and a happy new year to A1 air-conditioning and The family and employees

Did an awesome job. We had a couple of estimates for various (water) issues. On my end we only were able to complete one issue which has been completed with extreme satisfaction.
We will be requesting him for the other task when we able to in the near future.

Excellent service throughout the entire process. Xavier was amazing, and was able to answer the multiple questions I had. He was able to successfully install a new outlet in our bathroom, and fix a light that had issues in our master bedroom. Perfect service, and I will definitely be using them again for any electrical needs. Great work!

Jonathan was very professional. He explained everything before and after. Took the time to address my concerns and all my questions. Spent time making sure the new tankless water heater was set up to last with no further issues. Explained in detail what was done and why. Then explained how to maintain it. No one in the past has done that. I appreciated his time and professionalism.

I had my HVAC system inspected by A#1 Air’s technician, Ivan Ventura. What a wonderful experience! From the moment I answered the door Ivan greeted me with a smile and professionalism. He took the time to inspect my units, explain his findings and discuss my options. Just did his job, right? The difference is that he is that right mix of professionalism and courtesy. Thanks A#1! This company is terrible! Their employee ran into us head on in a company vehicle (see photos)and totaled our vehicle sending our son to the hospital. That was May 2025. 5 months later we are still fighting to get their insurance company to even accept fault or reimburse for anything at all. They use National Union - AIG as a carrier. Does anyone want a place like this in their home? What if there was an incident there? Would you be paid for the damages caused? We have not and this company wouldnt even call us back to aid in filing a claim. They don’t really care about your safety and well being but your money is most important. Our insurance is still awaiting them to even acknowledge the claim. Do not use these bums.

Juan Alarcón did an outstanding job on my A/C tune-up. He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough from start to finish. Juan took the time to explain everything he was checking and made sure my system was running at peak efficiency before he left.

The technician from Zenith HVAC Pros was very neat during the service in Lewisville. He laid down a mat to kneel on and cleaned the unit thoroughly. He wiped down the furnace cabinet so it looked brand new when he left. It shows he takes pride in his work.
