This company was nothing less than amazing. My HVAC was original to my home it was an old clunky system that had already previously cost too much to fix. At the end of our rope and stuck in the 83 degree house. We called several pros to give us ballpark pricing for a replacement. I had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Mendez AC.

My Heat Pump unit died out and needed replacing. I had 4 different quotes for replacement. Most of the "Big Box" AC companies were more concerned about upselling me to a better and more premium system then just fixing or replacing my current system.

Mr. Mendez asked a few basic questions about my failed AC unit and was able accurately quote me on a direct replacement without any pressure to upgrade. Their Quote came well under the other companies, saving me thousands of dollars.

The system they installed was an upgrade and more efficient than my old system, and was installed quickly and efficiently, taking about 6 hours total.

If you are in the market for a New AC system, I highly recommend at least reaching out to Mr Mendez AC and having them provide a quote.

The only "Con" is they don't have the financing options that some of the larger companies might have, but not an issue if you are ready to pay up front and save thousands of dollars.

Our AC went out while we were out of town, and we had a company come over and tried to take complete advantage of us while we were away, saying that we needed to pay $14,000+ dollars to repair. I’ve managed rental properties for 17 years. Mr. Mendez is easily the best AC man and AC company I’ve ever used. He communicates very well. He arrives on time. His work is of high quality. He figures out and repairs even complex problems, such as those related to electrical and computer chip issues. He is courteous and understands the concept of customer service. His prices are so reasonable that I usually pay him more than the amount he charges. Most important of all, Mr. Mendez is honest and ethical. He has never tried to deceive me into believing that a simple repair should be highly expensive, and he has never tried to upsell me or convince me that a system needed to be replaced when it actually did not. I have experienced such things in the past with several unethical AC contractors, but never with Mr. Mendez. In my opinion, you should contact Mr. Mendez for your next AC/Heating repair or installation. If your experience turns out to be similar to mine, and I feel confident that it would, doing so will save you thousands of dollars on installations and hundreds of dollars on repairs.

Mr Mendez AC is great. He beat everyone’s price on a brand new carrier installation. He came out with his crew on time and did a great job. He even helped me register the unit for future warranty issues. He’s a great guy that keeps his word and does excellent work. I had a great experience with Mr. Jose Mendez for replacement of my AC and Heating system at my house. My 22 year old system was dying and breaking down left and right. I called around to get quotes from companies with high ratings on Google. Mr. Mendez, who had a 5 star rating, was quick to respond and gave me a quote that beat everyone else's. Due to his busy schedule, we had to schedule the installation for a few days later, and when my system stopped working a couple of days before the scheduled installation, he came by after hours and fixed it so it could last until the replacement. After the installation of the new system, which looks beautiful and works beautifully now, his crew not only hauled away the old system but they also swept my garage floor to make it really clean, which I appreciated very much. Mr. Mendez air conditioning is the best we've ever dealt with. The cost has always been more than affordable and we've always been made to feel like we are a priority with them. I don't usually write reviews, but Mr. Mendez is really good! Gave me a complimentary diagnostic visit. Thoroughly checked the AC system without trying to sell products. It turned out AC didn't have any problems, but insulation mainly. He gave a lot of great advice. He is not one of those AC companies with overheads that needs volumes to stay in business. He is local and independent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! I know now who to call if my AC goes out.

When we got the house, the previous owner had someone fixed the ac, and after a few months, it's broken again. I searched for ac repair and saw Mr Mendez's 5 star, so I called him and he was quick in responding to my call. I followed his recommendations and now my ac is back and running perfectly.
