My serviceman, Michael C., was very thorough in maintaining my system. He went out of his way to be sure the entire unit was clean. I find Graco to be a reliable company and highly recommend Graco for any residential needs of heating and air conditioning systems.

The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He took pictures of some issues in my attic and made recommendations. The additional work was done on the same day and those techs were wonderful. I appreciate Graco working around my schedule.

We had a huge project of replacing entire HVAC in our home. Charlie came out and looked at project and was very professional and came up with plan. He is the reason we went with this company as opposed to others. When working on project which took almost a week, Charlie, David, Joe, and Andrew worked very hard and all weekend long. 100percent satisfied with all their work. Andrew was extremely helpful in educating me with the new thermostats and Charlie was excellent in the overall installation. Would highly recommend!!!

Omar services our systems twice per year. This time he replaced a part that in the future if broken, would’ve cost us much more and possibly rendered us w/o air conditioning in the intense TX Summer heat! We’re very happy with the service we receive from Grace!

Keaton introduced himself, and was friendly and efficient while doing the inspection of my heat&air unit. He fully explained a couple issues he found including pictures. Although he couldn't give me an estimate of cost to correct the problem on the spot he promised to have the office call me with the information. I was pleased with the service inspection Keaton did. If you're reading this review, you're wanting to know if Graco is a good choice to do work on your home. I can't promise anything, but let me tell you about our experience with Graco, it's a great one and we're very impressed. Long story short, we were without AC for less than 24 hours and our holiday weekend hosting plans were saved. In order to make it work (without having to wait for a unit to be shipped), they had someone drive from Oklahoma to Texas to install the unit! Incredible service.

For the long story, I'm in Texas, it's after midnight, I come to a sudden realization that the blower on the AC unit has been on for a while and that it's a little warm. I check the thermostat, it's something like 6 degrees above where it's set. Tomorrow seems like it is not going to be a fun day at that point. On top of that? We're going into a Saturday on Memorial day weekend. I call Graco because they'd done some work for us before. My wife and I figure it's unlikely we'll get fast service due to the holiday and start thinking about how to salvage plans for Sunday. Nope, no need. Graco's there by the early afternoon, and they take a look at the units. Bad news, a repair for the unit likely won't hold up and won't be cheap. Good news? Maybe they can get a new unit today if we choose to replace. We do. Someone drives for multiple hours round trip to bring us the unit and install it so we can have the AC unit running that night. Incredible. Thank you.

Mike came out to us on Friday 4/25 for our seasonal inspection and tune up. The service was phenomenal. He handled everything we needed efficiently and was a pleasure to chat with. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Graco is great! The service is fantastic. Keaton just left our home and he was so professional, yet personable at the same time. We get the yearly plan to keep things running smooth. We know if we need them otherwise, we will be well taken care of at a decent price.
