I found out about Nathan via my subdivision FB page. And I'm glad I did. He and Christian were very thorough in their assessment of my HVAC system. After the work was completed Christian provided me with an itemized receipt of all findings and repairs as well as an understandable explanation. Koala T is top notch!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very first call, the team was professional, courteous, and clear about the issue with my AC system. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently.

What impressed me the most was their honesty and transparency. They explained every step of the process and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. Now my AC is running perfectly and cooling even better than before. On top of that, they left everything clean and tidy after the job was done.

My AC took a crap a few weeks ago in the dead heat. I called Koala-T out to get my heat pump fixed and they took care of it no problem. The pricing was fair, competitive and best of all, not insanely high in this economy. Highly recommend and would use again.

They are a small business that carries themselves to the highest standard imaginable. Working with them was such a pleasant experience and it felt like we were working with our own family the entire time they were at our home. When our AC went out at the beginning of the summer, right before the temp outside starting hitting triple digits, Koala-T Heating & Air was quick to come out and quickly diagnose the problem. Even though we needed a new AC unit (old unit was 15 years old), they were also quick to order the parts and install it within 24 hours, making us feel like their top priority! Not to mention, the cost for the new unit could not be beat compared to the competitors out there. After everything was installed, the guys at Koala-T walked us through their process and showed us everything about the new unit, answering all of our questions along the way. 10/10 will continue to work with them again in the future!
