Barry came out to my house for a diagnostic call. He was absolutely professional, personable, and thorough. He answered all my questions and told me what to expect next. Also, Ashley called me back to schedule on Sunday evening and was able to fit me in next day. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Barry provided excellent service during the consultation for Jellyfish Lighting. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to take accurate measurements. I was impressed by how quickly he completed the process and provided the bid the same day. Highly recommend!

Service to my outside condenser unit was FAST and very thorough. This near mid-June in North Texas! Problem was thoroughly inspected, diagnosed and I’m VERY grateful for their professionalism and expertise! This is my 2nd experience with TEXAIRE in the last year, and I won’t hesitate to call again if I need their help in the future. They EARNED this five-star review!

TexAire staff are kind, courteous and professional. The dispatch team was patient and answered all my questions and prioritized getting a team out here ahead of a pretty bad freeze. Service included email and text reminders. My favorite part of this experience was the photos and bios included in the text reminders. It was reassuring knowing exactly who was coming to my door. Their vehicles were also very clearly marked.

Salvador and Rafael were kind and had positive attitudes throughout a multi-hour repair. They were courteous and consistently wore shoe covers when entering my home. I appreciated their honestly during the process but they never tried to upsell or cut any corners.

I will continue to trust TexAire with all future maintenance!

I recently had the pleasure of working with TexAire Heating and Air Conditioning and I couldn't be more impressed. They came out, assessed the unit and found there was a hole in the compressor itself and it needed to be replaced. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgable and efficient. The techs were on time, friendly, and took the time to explain every step of the process with frequent updates along the way. Great company with great people! Highly recommend and will certainly use them again in the future.

Jordan did an excellent job. He worked diligently and hard to ensure my mother’s system was repaired today. David joined in to assist, as the outside unit made things difficult. Their tag team work was exceptional.

I had an amazing experience with texaire, thanks to their technician, Salvador. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He cleaned our ducts and installed an RM2 UV light system, which helps purify the air in our home. The difference is incredible—we can finally breathe again!

We have had Barry come out multiple times for our HVAC, and he has always been amazing. Most recently it was discovered that our coil had a hole so it needed to be replaced. We got scheduled quickly for the next day and Jordan came and got it taken care of. He was very friendly and professional, and worked so quietly our 14 month old was still able to take her nap. Always a great experience with TexAire!

Rafael was great at quickly locating the problem and thoroughly explaining it to me. He was able to locate the leak quickly and fix it it with minimal parts to get my AC back up.

Our 30 year old air conditioner was limping on its last leg and killing us on electric bills. David asked me several questions and suggested a 17 SEER Ducane unit. His quote was very fair and better than others I had ever received. He was able to get me scheduled in only two days. He and his crew were excellent throughout the whole change out. They were on time. They were very respectful of our home and laid canvas down from front door to attic ladder to protect our floor as they did their work. In summary, I have nothing but great things to say about this experience. If you need a HVAC repair, upgrade or purchase of any kind, give TexAire a call. You will be glad you did!

Air quit working on a Saturday and Rafael was here quick with no Weekend up charge. Rafael knew his stuff , my solution was a fairly simple fix. Did not attempt to over sell. Second time I have used TexAire and both times Rafael was sent as he lives nearby. Super friendly and quick.
