Eduardo and out to perform a regular maintenance check. He was on time and extremely efficient with his time. He checked all three systems and let me know things to watch and look for potential issues. He was very informative and clear with his explanation.

We were exceptionally pleased with the service, professionalism, kindness, and service that TexAire provided. From calling to make an appointment with Ashley, getting quotes and options, to the updates on ETA's with bio's of the tech's, and the owner himself coming to oversee projects himself, we could not have had a better experience. David and his techs thoroughly explained their plan to my parents, and even took extra time to call me to make sure that all information was relayed so that my parents would feel confident moving forward with their work. My parents had the highest compliments about how hard the techs worked, and how kind/friendly/personable the team was. The follow-up on the work they sent via email with pictures was thorough like a home inspection report. Their prices were competitive as well. I highly recommend their services/work.

Fresh Air HVAC is a great company, everyone is very professional, helpful and eager to help in any way they can especially Will and Juan. We bought a new AC unit from Fresh Air last summer 2023 and we are very pleased with the service and product and we would definitely recommend them for your needs.

Paid 80$ for them to come out and then they quote 1600 to replace one flare fitting. Called a another company and they offered to come look at it for free and quoted 800. These corporate AC companies are charging insane prices for easy jobs. I recommend going elsewhere.

Josh came to our house and provided us a quote for a new furnace. He took the time to go over everything thoroughly with photos. Very nice, knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend.

Jesse did an outstanding job! Was very impressed with his skills and expertise. He expertly replaced the fan motor in a very timely manner. The A/C runs like a top now.

Spoke with Tony today and he took the time to discuss my HVAC replacement project, the questions I had, and the quotes I’d received already. He was very honest and kind. While I’ve decided and complete this project with another company I will remember Tony and Southern Comfort Mechanical for future projects.

Jacob did a great job with excellent customer service. He was clear and concise on what he was doing and walked me through each step of the way. Very knowledgeable in the HVAC trade.

Vo arrived at my home on time and immediately began his bi annual inspection. He diligently went over all systems and took pictures of everything. He went on to explain how everything looked good and why. He then made a couple of suggestions for improvement which was not necessarily needed, but could improve performance.

Extremely punctual and knowledgeable. Got right to the problem and fixed it rather quickly. Shares great information on what to look out for. You can tell he knew what he was talking about. Highly recommend. Always satisfied with this great company!

Our HVAC would not come on so I looked for a local company to get it fixed. From the gentleman I spoke to for scheduling, to our technician, Nick Summers, I am extremely happy with Southern Comfort. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and got our system up and running. He took the time to inform me of what he was working on and how much parts and labor would be. I will be using Southern Comfort in the future.

Adding to this post after install of new unit. We have been so impressed with everything and everyone from Southern Comfort. They have done exactly what they said they would do. The service tech, receptionist, installers, follow up techs have all been courteous and efficient. SC even provided coolers so that we would be comfortable until the new unit was installed. A technician just came out to fix a small problem we were having. They did exactly what they said when they said they would do it. 08/17/2024 Joshua was my technician today and as usual he did an excellent job!

Today I just had my second encounter with Southern Comfort Mechanical. Jesse was my technician this time. He was thorough and answered all my questions and helped me figure out what was going on with my thermostat, as well as gave me information on how to set it during these dog days of summer. Once again, great service from this company! Fast, convenient, affordable! Highly recommend this company!

I can’t say enough about Southern Comfort Mechanical. They apparently merged with Allied American who was our long time AC service provider, but we had not called them in quite some time.
My first call encounter was with Carrie when I called for service. She was so nice and accommodating and got us on the schedule quickly.
Joshua was my service technician and even from the call prior to his arrival he was so genuinely kind. Once he arrived he was polite and answered any questions I had. I showed him the locations of what I had called them for and he got right to it updated me along the way. Joshua was super knowledgeable in explaining the diagnosis and went above and beyond to fix the problem.
I would highly recommend this company!

Mason on the phone was an exceptionally well spoken customer service representative and really made us feel like a priority. John out in the field was quite polite and knocked out a blower motor replacement like a champ. Would recommend this company!

Jacob with Southern Comfort Mechanical (SCM) does an awesome job. We needed dampers put in for our first floor and a new remote sensor for our thermostat. Jacob did a great job! I would highly recommend them for all your air / heating situations!

Technician came around 5:15 pm. When 5:00 pm was approaching, I was sure I would get a call to reschedule the service call! When the call came right around that time, it was to tell me he was on his way. I was very surprised. He quickly got to work after asking a few questions, and soon he returned inside to let me know that the capacitor was not functioning properly. I agreed for him to replace it and to add refrigerant. He was finished and out the door by 6:35. My house is rapidly cooling off, thank goodness!!

Editing my original review (original was for repair with also great experience)since we have recently had a new ac installed. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Jacob was our main contact and he did a fantastic job walking us through all of our options — from more budget-friendly choices to higher-end systems with all the bells and whistles. He provided clear estimates that explained the differences between each option, which made our decision much easier. When our old AC went out, they even offered to bring us a temporary unit to keep us comfortable until installation day, which went above and beyond our expectations.

On installation day, Charlie and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were hands down the best crew I have ever had at my home. They were meticulous, professional, and incredibly clean throughout the entire process. You could tell they really take pride in their work.

I can’t recommend Southern Comfort Mechanical highly enough. From Jacob’s honest and helpful guidance to Charlie’s top-notch installation team, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free.
