This is the most professional HVAC company we have ever employed. Barry is who we worked with and he is a consummate professional. His knowledge is vast and he answers every question you might have. Their software system is easy to use and they follow up quickly. In fact once we had maintenance work completed, Barry came out to check the work and walk us through what was done. We signed up for their maintenance plan and look forward to working with them for years to come!

The men were all polite and knowledgeable. I never felt pushed into a purchase vs fix. They explained everything without talking down to me and let me decide which was best for my family. Starting with the initial prognosis they came on time and worked diligently. They laid down drop clothes from door to attic to keep my house as clean as possible and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond tacking down loose wires found in my attic(not ac related) so I would not trip on them anymore. Knowledgeable, polite, and decently priced. Would recommend and use again.

I thought I left a review with their last visit but apparently not. I have been having an issue with my HVAC since the first winter after install. No one could ever figure out the problem because it always self resolved before a technician could arrive. In 2023 when I had the same issues I called and explained my issues they sent someone out right away. After a few days they figured out what the issue was after 8 years. Due to a glitch I did not receive the estimate so I never followed up. A few weeks ago I get a call for a free tune up. So I used the opportunity to service my system and ask about the quote. Salvador and Manny arrived promptly and worked throughly to inspect everything. Long story short the company that installed did not do my duct work appropriately. I am currently waiting for quotes so that I can resolve this issue once and for all. No doubt I will be using Texaire!

Rafael from TexAire Heating & Air Conditioning was awesome as always. Great work, fast, amiable - just a pleasure. The service from TexAire overall is also fantastic. I would highly recommend them!

Barry is hands down the most honest man that has ever done any kind of service work on any home we have lived in. Being first time home owners, he has been a huge resource for us and teaching us how to properly upkeep our investment in our AC unit. I have never felt like he is scamming me and have complete trust in any recommendations he gives us! Hopefully I will never have to use anyone else besides him to service us!!

TexAire came out to do a replacement of my Condenser and evaporator. They did the install in a few hours with no issues. Glad Barry came out when he did. TexAire is a very honest company and here to help people. In there community. I high recommend them

Eduardo came to check why our a/c was not working. He arrived in the set timeframe, and got right to work. He was informative and patient with my questions. System needs to be replaced, but he took the time to explain my options and let me make the decision with no pressure. Absolutely recommend TexAire!

Chris arrived on time. He thoroughly checked all aspects of our HVAC in the attic & outside. Took lots of pictures.
Chris listened to our concerns & checked other areas, he then spent time explaining everything to the s with the pictures & recommendations.
We received separate estimates for all recommended services so we can decide what needs to be done first & know costs upfront.
We have requested to keep Chris as our technician for all cleaning, repairs, & future visits. He’s very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable.

Barry was very courteous, punctual and knowledgeable about the Halo 5 water filtration system. He came out to my location to give me an estimate and explained the process. Very personable, young man!

Rafael was highly knowledgeable and quickly fixed my heat pump - he was very helpful in explaining how the auxiliary and emergency heat settings worked and what I could be doing in the future to keep the unit(s) running at their optimum level. The cost was reasonable and produced almost immediate results - I recommend TexAire to anyone wanting to get their HVAC equipment back to normal fast!

Barry was very personable, knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. Also great with communication! The blower motor had died and when we went to order the part through the manufacture, they were on backorder. Barry stayed in contact with us and kept us updated daily on the part status. Once part came in, he was here next day to install and save us from the heat. Everything was back up and running with no issues afterwards. We will use TexAire in the future. Highly recommend!

Barry came out and investigated my HVAC problems on short notice. He had someone out within a couple days to come and replace the parts needed to get me running again. Salvador came out to replace my blower motor and they were quick and efficient. Super kind and friendly, have nothing but good things to say about the staff at TexAire! Jordan Greer did an amazing job and handled the ac within an hour or so, he got it back up and running and luckily had the parts on hand so that was a plus and he was also very nice and very helpful during the time he was working in the unit, thank you for all your hard work, and sorry for making you work hard in this Texas summer heat.
