This company is the best I have ever used. Extremely professional explained everything in terms a non technician would understand. They were on time and had no problems with me looking over there shoulder and were happy to explain everything as they were going.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nathan and Josh when my heater stopped working. They arrived early, was able to diagnose the problem, provided me with options and was able to go pick up what was needed to get my unit up and running! Nathan explained everything very clearly and both very professional! Highly recommend them for any hvac needs!

My customer experience was fantastic! Koala-T started off by giving me a detailed explanation of my current system and walked me through the benefits of upgrading to a better more efficient system. The install was smooth and the techs did a great job cleaning up after themselves and gave me a thorough overview of the install and how the thermostat worked. The cost was very competitive to other companies but the service was A+. My family is very happy with our new system and we’d absolutely recommend Koala-T to our friends and family. 10/10 highly recommend the S-Tier service provided by Koala-T heating and Air! Nathan with Koala-T was very professional and was able to save my family in this heat! My AC went down Friday evening, and Nathan was able to be at my house within an hour! He was able to get us and running that night too! He offered really good pricing on really good equipment. We'll be going with Nathan and the team at Koala-T 🐨 for our system replacement and all our future HVAC needs!

Nathan is an honest man and has given me great deals every time he has done work for me. The equipment he offers is much higher grade than the "contractor grade" equipment the others offer. The big box (Milestone, etc.) mark their work up way higher than Koala-T. He has great crews that work hard and get the job done right every time. They even ask if I am happy with the results. I am glad Nathan went off on his own to service customers. I recommend him highly for any air or heating needs.

I was having a serious issue with my old HVAC system and after talking to the owner he replaced my Unit that day! Try to get that service with the big companies. Nathan Reeves, the owner recommended an Amana Unit that seems great. Made in America. They are easy to work with and were very professional. I highly recommend Koala—T Heating & Air. The pricing is better compared to the big companies.

Nathan and his team were great and very responsive! We had our system go out right before Christmas and Nathan responded quickly on Christmas Eve and also explained all of our options and the pros and cons. We ended up getting a new system and the crew was very kind and professional. Nathan even personally inspected the system after it was installed. Barry was very polite and knowledgeable. He kept us informed about steps he was taking to get our A/C system back up and running. He even trimmed back our bushes to increase airflow to the new outside unit that had to be installed. He has my highest recommendation.

Came out on Saturday and gave me a quote to replace both my HVAC units on the spot. They also were able to schedule their crew on Monday to come in and completed the complete job the same day. The house is cooler and more efficient than ever. Thank you to you and your team of hard working people.

Danny knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it and even found how it could have been prevented if not for less than satisfactory work from a previous company. He was able to relay the message to our property manager and even recommended getting a restoration company out promptly to determine whether more preventative work was needed before it became a problem. Highly recommend this company but specifically the tech Danny!

Our ac stopped functioning properly and Barry made time to stop by and evaluate our issue on short notice. He identified the issues swiftly and accurately and got a team scheduled to arrive and fix our ac the next day!
