Just had my units serviced by Graco, who installed them last fall. The units are working perfectly and Omar, the technician, tweaked the fan speed on our AC for us on this trip. Everyone is professional, local, and prompt. They do what they say, arrive when they say, and listen and respond to customer needs. Pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend them.

Excellent response addressing my issue. The technician was detailed and thorough. Very pleased with Graco.

Needed service on 2 gas fireplaces. They called me back within 30 mins and put me on the schedule. Jonathan had them both working within an hour. Will use again if I need any heating, cooling or plumbing services.

Everyone that I had any dealings with were very professional, and they did a great job. The man that did the work were here until late in the evening so they could get the job done because they knew that I would not be able to be here the next day and they wanted me to be able to sleep in a cool house. Incredible experience from start to completion with new HVAC installation. Communication was clear and timely throughout the project. Carl and Neptali were on time (early). They provided a walk-through and gave answers to all questions. This appointment exceeded expectations.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They document any issues with photos and take time to explain and answer any questions. Omar and Eli were a pleasure to work with.

Where to start? I had gotten a new system by Daniels Air few years ago. They sold out to ABC, then got sold again to Graco. I did not know it was sold to Graco until my unit blew up. They came out and was able to find the issue but did not have my warranty paperwork. The service tech asked me for it, but I'm out of town and not able to look for it. He quickly was able to find the parts warranty and got them ordered. He then did all the leg work, and reached out to both Daniels Air and ABC and got all the paperwork by the next morning and sent me all the paperwork to my email so that I will have it. I didn't even need to make a phone call or lift a finger. The service tech took control and handled the situation. I feel that I gotten VIP/owner treatment.

Now I can't comment much on pricing, all parts/labor was covered under warranty and I had no need to price "shop" around. I was given some pricing on repairs if the labor warranty was not able to be found and did not think it was overly high, but this is not something I followed up on, or priced check anywhere else.

I did sign up for the yearly maintenance program that's $250 and I feel that's pretty well priced for the service that will be done. That's counting cleaning, air filters and over all checking of the unit to make sure it runs and don't run into any more issues. Worth it.

After all work was done and system repaired, I was sent a very detailed report of what was replaced, fixed. Photos of parts, SN numbers and more details. I loved that level of detail.

Keaton and tali replaced our inside and outside unit today in a very timely and efficient manner. They were courteous and very helpful whenever i had a question or a concern. I couldnt have asked for a better team of two to complete the job. I highly recommend them for any installs or repairs.

Came home from work came in the house to see my two fur babies in such a hot house the house had to have been over 90 degrees.
And I was in a panic and I did not know what to do so I called graco heat and air, set a appointment and they were here the same day I explained to Keaton John’s what was going on and walla in less than a hour Keaton had it all fixed up and it wasn’t super man but a super tech to save the day…

Keaton did a great job getting us fixed up and running cool again. We have used them twice now and both times their techs were respectful and efficient. Thanks again!

Yes had Omar installed a new hvac system he was very professional and did a great job highly recommend him and Graco.

Had a great technician out to my house "Keaton" he was very knowledgeable and quick to find and fix out issue. He politely explained out issue and quickly fixed it! All while I was at work and my wife and kid were at home 10 out of 10 for service and knowledge! I will be asking for him every time!!! Thank you guys :)

Keaton Johns fixed my AC. Really modest and polite gentleman. Hes good at doing things on AC units. Some would say the best. He reminds me of a rhino in the way he never walks backwards hes always moving forward.

Keaton is a very good service tech so glad to get him when we need him keep up the good work

The Guys from Graco Heating and Air Conditioning just finished servicing my AC units. They were very polite and helpful. They took the time that they needed to get the service done right. We were respectful of my home and property. We did have a couple of issues that had to be addressed. My condenser units need start assist units to protect them and make them work longer. The techs installed the start assist units and now my compressors are only pulling about a third of the amps they were pulling at start up. Good catch there. The other three issues I'll discuss with my wife and we'll see about doing later. I didn't feel pressured to make the decisions today, which I appreciate. Thank you Graco good job!
