Excellent company. We are so grateful to have been introduced to Gary Mertz years ago. He and his staff have provided consistently excellent service over the 10 years we have lived in a Flower Mound. They always resolve our heating and cooling issues quickly and reasonably. I highly recommend.

Charles came out on the weekend to do a tuneup on our heater for this upcoming winter season. He was very knowledgeable and gave us feedback on fixes our unit will need. Overall great customer service, quick, and affordable. We will be using them again.

I had my HVAC system serviced and routine maintenance checkup completed due to lack of cool air coming from one of my units. Gurjit "G" was the technician that came out to assist and he was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I was really impressed with G's thoroughness in explaining to me what was needed in order to get my HVAC system back to cooling properly. He was patient, kind and trustworthy! It was very clear that G is an efficient master of his work; he not only told me, he showed me exactly what the issue was with my system, what he needed to do in order to fix it; and approximately how much it would cost. No surprises and that made me feel good about Aire Serv and especially "G"!

Aire Serv sent Caleb out to us - our upstairs unit stopped working. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue as the capacitor and got it replaced and working in no time. This company is absolutely amazing. We have them come out twice a year for maintenance and every technician that comes to our home is polite, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. Recently we had Jake come out and he was super knowledgeable and explained everything he did and what we could do to optimize our comfort and quality.

We have used AIRESERV of Flower Mound for 7 years. We have used them for maintenance, repairs, installation and warranty work. Always professional, timely and courteous. We had Gurjit out this week for our seasonal maintenance. He was very friendly, prompt and professional. Very happy with their service.

I paid for the monthly plan and asked for the coils to be cleaned (in addition with extra fee) on my AC since the home was being remodeled. What I was offered on the phone versus what was done was different. When the technician was on site he said he did not have time to clean the coils and to call back once the remodel was done. I explained there was no additional remodel happening afterward that would creat dust. Fast forward my AC broke down and I’ve been calling and calling and the company has become unresponsive to my calls. I know have yo pay a great amount of money for repairs/replacement because of poor customer service from this company. I’m a very calm client and never leave this type of reviews but this is beyond disappointing. I’m still on the monthly plan and trying to see if someone can pick up the phone to help. Do not hire this company.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, do extra things to improve heating and air system. Highly recommend Aire Serv to anyone needing repair or new system.

August 2018 review update - Aireserve stands behind their AC and Heating units. No questions asked it just gets fixed by the friendliest and most professional technicians. If you need to talk to the owner he's always available. Refreshing to have such great customer service.

Donovan is the man! After days of hardly any power like so many other Texans affected by the storm, our heat pump system was not allowing us to warm our house back above 48.

Donovan quickly identified that the emergency heat wiring was not correctly installed, and had it fixed up in under an hour. He was also super friendly, great service all around.

We slept in a perfectly warm house that night.

They were also here quick - called when they opened and they were at my house by 2PM. The dispatcher was great too.

Brandon and his assistant were extremely professional and efficient and honest. Only issue was the capacitor they replace, I thought price was pretty high. I before had a
capacitor replaced on my house ac , and I bought the part for $27.00.Other than that Iwill always give them recommendation to anyone. His assistant Karl was really great . I great team🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

We just moved into a new house, a true fixer-upper, and with that hired a number of contractors. Not surprisingly, the whole experience was very stressful. Insert Aire Serv of Flower Mound, these guys did exactly what they said they were going to do for a very, very fair price with the best customer service I've ever had from a contractor. They were the ONLY part of moving that wasn't stressful.

We needed service in our home on short notice and Danny was recommended by a friend. He was professional and did everything he promised. We have since used Aire Serv twice for maintenance and love the techs. Honest and fair prices. Would recommend to friends!

They were able to come out same day that i called.. Caleb did a fantastic job fixing our unit. The motherboard had shorted out and fried the panel. He had it fixed in no time. Next day the thermostat wasn't reading correctly and he was able to come out and fix it. Base if the thermostat had likely been fried too. Very professional, fast service! Will definitely be using again in the future.

It was 35 degrees outside. I had a problem with my heater. I called at 4pm, they were at the house by 6pm and had it fixed my 7pm. They needed to clean the pressure valves. I was just charged the $129 diagnostic fee. I have used them many times before and will continue to in the future.

Larry, the technician who came to service our systems, was kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He explained what he would be doing, showed pictures of what was done and explained everything. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Flower Mound.
