Quickly and efficiently replaced old system with new heat pump and air handlers (included new end boxes, drain pan, some duct connections, etc.). Also installed a new programmable thermostat. Pricing was very reasonable. Working with Jim Trussell (JR) and team leader Daniel was pleasant as everything went according to plan.

We recently relocated to TX, bought a house and needed a whole new heating and AC setup. We didn’t know where to start, the options were overwhelming. We used google, called a couple shops, they were fine— nothing like working with James, Brandon and Team. They came in, talked us through everything. Went above and beyond the standard service. Will, without a doubt, be recommending to friends and family!

CRS is by far my most trusted vendor. I have used and referred them for remodel (they did my own kitchen and then took care of full list of misc items when I prepared my home for sale), electrical, painting, fence, and especially HVAC. As a Realtor, it is most important to have good vendors to refer clients to and know they will be taken care of. CRS makes me look like a hero to my clients and will continue to get my referrals and my personal business for this very reason.

We called six companies to tell us why one of our HVAC units wouldn't come on, for neither heat nor a/c. Everyone said the compressor had burned up and we needed a new unit. Estimates ranged from $6,600 to $11,500. Brandon Smith's CRSNTX's estimate is included in that number BUT Brandon said he wanted a technician to run tests on the compressor to make sure that was the problem. The tech did and the compressor was fine! The problem was two 60 amp breakers were placed next to one another in the box. One was arcing over and frying the other one. The cost was $150 to fix the problem! Every person from CRSNTX was professional, cordial, and honest; understanding the importance of every dollar to us as opposed to grabbing as many of those dollars as possible for themselves. Had they not taken that extra step of sending a tech, we would be filling out paperwork for a loan. Instead, we spent time being grateful. These guys have our business from now on.

These guys not only had one of the more reasonable quotes for my two AC units, but they were VERY thorough with their install. I am super picky about my AC temp and they happily came back a few more times to make sure the AC was tweaked exactly like I wanted and they never complained or push back, just wanted to make sure I was happy and taken care of is what they said!! I have used Commercial Residential Services many times for heating and A/C maintenance and repairs. They have done some repairs at my house and fixed my carport/driveway that was sinking and needed stabilization. They have always been honest with me and done exactly what they said they would do. Their prices are fair and they start and finish on time. I will use them again and would recommend them, as well.

I was having issues with my heater and with it being cold out its something that I needed fixed quick. CRS came out and had my heater working in no time. They are a very quick and professional company to work with, I wouldn't want to use anyone else, they are my go to for now on. Highly Recommended!

These guys are amazing! they installed a 5 ton unit and a 3 ton compressor in about 4 hours. I had several quotes including big box retailers. They were excellently priced . but more than that, they were the only ones who actually sized my house to make sure the airflow and returns were correct (which mine weren't) . They just quoted me a great price and did not nickle and dime us. For example, the last time I had an HVAC unit installed the guys did not wire the unit correctly. CRS sent out a master electrician to do the wiring while the HVAC crew worked. They are an incredibly professional crew. I can't recommend them enough. Hire them and you wont go wrong.

I have used CRS numerous times, including roof, and rain gutters, air conditioning, heater, painting and miscellaneous electrical repair! CRS Air-conditioning was the absolute best choice for us. Their folks are knowledgeable and knew what was best for replacing our HVAC systems. They also corrected some of the ducting design to make the new system even more efficient and improved cooling and heating in all the rooms. The install team and workmanship is top of the line. While I don't spend much time in the attic it is night and day over the previous system.

The follow up after the sale and the techs coming back to check how the systems are doing has been top notch. We experienced some thermostat control panel issues and the team came as soon as they could and corrected the issues at no additional cost.

They key thing for us is the follow up after the sale. They do not just drop off and install a system, they care.

I had to replace my downstairs HVAC system as the 16 yr old one finally gave up. After multiple vendor quotes, I felt comfortable with CRS ( Jim mainly ) as they were ready to answer all my naive questions.
Their quote was also in right ball park and timing was right. They also upgraded to Ecobee4 thermostat from stock one.
On the day of install they ( 3 folks ) arrived right on time, carried out the work in professional manner. Jim came early in morning to supervise them. They came three days later to tune the ac as one of the rooms were really cold.
Overall I am quite happy so far because of their professionalism and responsiveness.
