Cliff and Danny were here right on time!!!! Which is rare these days. Cliff was very responsive to my request for a quote and explained in detail what the service would include along with a reasonable price. They were professional, polite and cleaned up beautifully after they finished. Before leaving, Cliff showed me before and after photos of the work and the price was exactly what he quoted. Cliff ad his team went above and beyond to take care of our home. He was very helpful with explaining how the cleaning of air ducts will go, his guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. It did cost a lot but I think for the professional service they provided its worth it. Month later I was having some AC cooling issues and I called cliff to come chk it out, he came same day and helped fixed issue without any charge!

Cliff provided thorough air duct cleaning with reasonable price.

I called 3 different companies, most of them quoted me an upfront service charge and were not clear about the services and total price we will be paying.

I also called Superior Air Duct Cleaning and Cliff called me back and explained in details of the procedures, asked me questions about our house and AC systems, then offered a reasonable price. Cliff also made it clear to me that there was not going to be surprises or hidden charges. We agreed on the price and I booked the service.

Cliff called the day before to confirm the appointment. On the day of the service, Cliff and his guy showed up promptly at 8am (with masks). Cliff walked me through the procedures so we know what to expect. They then went to work, cleaning air returns, vents, ducts, registers, and caulking openings/gaps between ducts and vents. They were thorough in each step. They finished the job after 3pm. Cliff took some before and after pictures of the ducts, gaps that he caulked and the register boxes; he recommended air filter type. We are happy with the service.

I have already shared our experience and recommended Cliff to friends. I wanted to leave this feedback here for those who are searching for great service from good people they can trust.

Decided to give Superior a call after reading all the 5 Star reviews. Cliff did not disappoint. Left him a voicemail and he called back right away. Price was very reasonable. On the day of the duct cleaning he and Danny were on time, professional, and worked hard to make sure the job was done well. Both were extremely polite and courteous. Job well done on cleaning both our air ducts and dryer vent. I highly recommend Superior Air Duct!

Cliff called me the prior day of appointment and confirmed the time he would visit. The following day, cliff and his team were there on time and walked me through the process and answered all my questions patiently. They did a clean job in cleaning the ducts, showed me the pictures and also vacuumed floor before they left. Very professional and trustworthy. I will not hesitate to call them again when needed.

I was looking for someone to come out and clean out my dryer vents for a reasonable price. I called and left a message for a quote and Cliff promptly gave me a call back, even though he was on vacation. He charges a very reasonable flat rate for the vent cleaning, no matter the size of your house. He scheduled me the weekend that he got back into town from his vacation, and I appreciated it because my dryer had stopped working due to the lint build up. He showed up right on time and got right to work. The whole process took about an hour. He even texted me 45 min before the apt time to let me know he was on his way. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be a return customer!

Highly recommend using Cliff. We had recently purchased a new dryer thinking that our old dryer had gone bad, however it turned out we had a huge clogged vent. We called various companies, none of which could be here in over a weeks time. We landed on Cliff's information and he was quick to respond and flexible. We wanted to attempt to do it ourselves, and well let's just say, you should hire the professionals. We ended up getting the dryer vent cleaner brush stuck in the vent. February 2023 we were getting our roof inspected for hail damage when that company noted that our dryer vent would need to be looked at. We sought out recommendations from the Next Door community. Superior Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning came highly recommended so we hired him. Had a great experience with Cliff the owner who came out to do the service. He was knowledgeable and we felt comfortable and trusted the information given.
January 2024 we had him out to clean our HVAC air duct system in the house. First time our 13 year old house had that service. He and his helper were informative when I (who was working from home but husband was at the office) asked what the process was. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up afterwards. The price was very reasonable. They did a great job. Showed before and after pictures. My house is noticeably less dusty now. We highly recommend this company!

Cliff and his associate were right on time. He explained everything they were going to do today and kept me informed of their progress. Cliff also takes before and after pics of your vents and their work. When they were done, they vacuumed and made sure the areas they worked around, were clean. Im definitely using them again and I would highly recommend them. I called Superior Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning for an estimate to get our Dryer Vent cleaned out. I was immediately given the estimate that was fair. Cliff said he could come out the next day and take care of our dryer vent clog. He was on time and was very thorough by going up in our attic, on top of our roof and in our laundry room. He showed us pictures of what he did to clean the obstruction from our pipes and roof. Cliff is friendly and to the point, which are qualities I like!

I contacted Cliff Tuesday night and he was out by Wednesday afternoon to clean our dryer vent. He was very professional, prompt and communicated well. After cleaning our vent he explained the process and showed a video of the exterior vent. There wasn't much lint removed, but we have peace of mind knowing that if our dryer continues to perform poorly it's not due to a clogged dryer vent. Price was very fair and as quoted. Good company and Great service. Done Dryer vent maintenance cleaning. Cliff is a professional man , when spoke with him on Friday for an appointment, he scheduled for Monday morning at 8.00am, Danny came promptly at 8.00am and done wonderful Job. Very reasonable and honest work ethics. I highly recommend them.

Cliff & Danny worked so hard! I am so impressed with Superior Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning. Danny took at least 50 photos to show me his before and after photos of my ducts and dryer vent. They were on time and vacuumed the house when they were done. They cleaned all my air vents and returns and sealed the gaps when reinstalling everything. I had the opportunity to talk with Danny when they were finished and get to know a little more about how they got started in the business and learned more about their character. Top notch service!! Cliff and Danny did an amazing job! They covered areas were they were working so not to damage counters and so forth. The truck says on the side " Old Fashioned Customer Service" and that is 100% the truth. They didn't rush through the job, they answered any questions we had! 100% would highly recommend!
