I've seen people cone and go but the staff at the Lewisville branch is always kind and courteous,on top of that they're customer service and knowledge of plumbing parts is off the charts, I think the manager at the Lewisville branch, Sam Hernandez, has taught his employees well. They're all just a bunch of great guys who goes above and beyond my expectations. Its sad to see Sam and Brandon leave but we wish them well. Jamal came in and caught on quick and I think he's going to be a Great manager, and I will always be a repeat customer as they stay competitive with their industry.

Sam and Yovani were extremely helpful for my father and I trying to solve a leaking faucet. Though we didn’t have all the information needed at the store to source a replacement part, they answered multiple questions and provided multiple references of local plumbers to help us. Thank you team.

I walked into my fourth plumbing supply house of the day and met Sam. What a God send! Been irrigating for 26 years and had never run across my situation before. Sam said, “oh yeah, that’s…” and started looking up parts to help me get on my way. The usual talk about how to plumb the rest of it and I’m heading back to the job. Thanks Sam. This store is an incredible supply house. Offering more then just the hard to find parts, when it comes to plumbing. The knowledge and experience Brandon, Jamal, Walsh and Sam. Combined is a power house of professionalism and friendly advice only few can provide.

Jamal Jackson at Apex Supply in Lewisville really came in clutch for me! I had been let down by Ferguson Supply, Reece Supply and an online supply company who all said they had what I needed but didn’t. About 20min to close on a Friday I called Apex and Jamal said he had what I needed. I got to the store 10min to close and didn’t have much hope since I’d been let down before. I was so happily surprised when Apex did actually have what I needed. Not only that but Jamal was incredibly knowledgeable about the item. He knew what size flashing I’d need and other details without looking it up.

I am so grateful that Apex had what I needed. I’m even more grateful to Jamal Jackson for answering the phone just a bit before close, knowing about the products that he sells and for being a professional! I will be checking with Jamal at Apex in Lewisville if I need plumbing supplies or fixtures going forward even though this store is an hour away from me.

Bought a hot water heater over the counter. They were very helpful and offered me a range of models they sell a lot of from the brand I was interested in. I am an electrician and have been to a lot of supply houses. I wasn't sure if they would have reservations for an over the counter sale with more questions. Very professional and easy to work with.

I am a General contractor since 1994. I will not get plumbing supplies no where else but Apex Supply Company. Sammy and Jamal are the best guy. Very knowledgeable and get what i need right away. If they don't have it, they will find it somewhere else. Best customers service. Thank you.

For the young man that helped me Saturday morning. He was very polite and was able to find the parts I needed based on a partial picture. He saved me $1100. Hands down he should win!!!!!

Jamal Jackson helped me solved a connection issue to allow condensation water from my A/C unit to flow into my drainage system. It took Jamal three minutes to find the parts I really needed. I went to APEX out of frustration with Home Depot whose so-called specialists could not help in spite of having the right parts to do it.
Jamal Jackson understands that. I go to a shop to solve an issue, not simply to buy parts. APEX is lucky to have intelligent people like Jamal work for them. Next time I need plumbing stuff I’ll be going straight to APEX. Thank you Jamal for solving my issue.

The staff were wonderful helping me to locate a replacement for my old Mixet cartridge (40 years old). The manager even double checked with a plumbing contractor to ensure I was getting the correct after market part. Very good customer service!

Whole home clogged. Cleared drain fast and great price!!!

They are probably great at taking care of customers, but their trucks on the road are horrible running people off the road honking the horn acting very irresponsible, I know for sure I will not hire them to do a job just because of one person that was very irresponsible this morning on the road, truck number M – 41308 !
