These guys have helped me out multiple times from a busted water heater to a plumbing leak under the slab. They are great, professional and can get the job done fast.

Always get a fair and honest appraisal. Was given worst case and ended up being much easier fix. Used them for years. Not exactly sociable; but, always fixes the job right. Fair price for fair work and quick.

Had Lewisville plumbing replace a water heater 3.5 years ago and it started leaking. I understand that things go bad, sometimes before you'd expect...but the man that I talked to was negative from the very start. When I told him my problem, he automatically started in with "well you know the labor isn't under warranty". Yes, I knew that...but the heater was. Then he told me it would be next week before they could come out unless I wanted them to come out on Sat...which was an extra $350. I asked for the owner and he said, "he's gonna tell you the same thing". Was not happy with this representative of the company.

Hung up on me twice when I tried to schedule service. After I submitted the review stating that he called me back. Perhaps he was just having phone issues. Plumbing seems to be professionally done though the time billed seemed a bit too high.

On time, knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. They are in my contacts to use moving forward for everything plumbing. Will was an expert and Dillion did ok too. Thanks again for a job well done.

we're opening a coffee shop in highland village and ran into some compliance issues with plumbing. we called 8 plumbing companies and Lewisville Plumbing was the only team that took the time to help us understand whats going on fix the problems. they were very straight forward, but didn't treat me like an idiot like most of our previous experiences with plumbing companies. good group of guys. will be hiring again. thank you for the good stuff.

Our had a major problem, some object stuck in the pipe that was causing blocking up. They dropped a camera from the toilet, and went deep down to find the object. They had to dig up a big deep hole from outside of the house to locate where the problem was, replaced the pipe, and fixed the problem. Owner came out and did the work himself. He said the job was less complicated than estimated, so he gave us discount. Very honest guy. We recommend this company to anybody.

Called about a frozen kitchen faucet, he was able to walk me through what to do. They were very kind and it fixed the issue right away. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other plumbing issues.

Michael and Kyle were professional and efficient in repairing a broken drain pipe coming from my house. They communicated what needed to be done up front and were pretty accurate when they estimated how long it would take them to complete the job. Very professional and timely. Replaced 2 hot water tanks and additional parts quickly and at a good price. Returned initial call quickly and put me on the schedule for installation. No problems and they coordinated with inspection.

Hired these guys to replace all the house hose spigots with new quarter turns. At first they insisted I only had 2, maybe 3 max, but I had to make sure they did all the work. 5 spigots later they had still missed 3, maybe they just don't want to do a full plumbing job.

Called later about modifying my water line after the meter and had a good discussion and plan with the guy who answers the phones, until apparently the owner walked in and said they don't want to do "that kind of plumbing". Tapping into my main water line after the meter is exactly where a plumber is basically required.

Third time Ive called for service, only did the first spigot job; ended up with other plumber for the next 2. Oh well, guess my money's not good enough for them...

Great experience with them—a couple of weeks back had them come out to replace an outside leaky faucet and set a toilet with bidet attachment. Last Thursday they replaced our gas water heater—I will be re-contacting them again soon to replace our garbage disposal and update a couple of sink cut offs.

Called Lewisville Plumbing to replace a broken/leaking toilet shut-off valve. Will came the next day, arriving 5 minutes early. He had the valve replaced in 3 minutes but spent the next 15 verifying the connections weren't leaking. A totally professional, thorough job. I highly recommend Lewisville Plumbing.
