Great experience with Wave from Gale (I believe) in the Office to Jose who digs to Norris and Norris Jr. who do the plumbing. They are quick, honest, friendly, and took time explaining everything to me. They went above what was expected for my family and me. Thanks y'all!!

Heavily debated posting this, but after the last and hopefully final interaction with them, I just had to.

Very, very long story, that quite frankly, no one will care to hear. So I'll just cut to the chase: Do you want to not have hot water for two months? TWO MONTHS? Let me list it out, so you really understand how long it is. We did not have hot water for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67 days. Believe it or not, it was less painful to type all that out, than what we went through...

Sure, since they did fix my model number warranty issue, I would have left a 2 star review. But they lied, gas lighted me this entire time, and even tried to charge me $400 dollars to fix the root cause (after 2 months), and $400 for yearly maintenance. They even called the manufacturer, trying to convince them that me troubleshooting and trying to identify the leak voided my warranty (who even does that???), and the manufacturer said no and sided with me. After much arguing, they said they would only charge 50%, but why would I trust them anymore? Especially because I gave them the benefit of the doubt for way, way too long and at literally ever instance, this company takes no responsibility and instead gas lights and blames you.

Called around and got estimates and literally everyone else was asking for less both for the repair and yearly maintenance. The company we ended up going literally only charged us $160 for the repair and quoted $285 for maintenance. And they have a couple thousand, nearly perfect reviews, so you think they would be charging much more. Please for the love of God, never do business with these people.

To start costumer service was excellent!! When we made the inquiry online for a few projects we needed done, we got a response early the next day. Appointment was set then. They were punctual assessed everything, we agreed to proceed and received great service! He made sure that everything was perfect before he left even found leaking that we didn’t know we had and addressed the problem and fixed it. I would highly recommend this company for you plumbing services!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Alexandria who took the call was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. She called me, as promised, when plumber was headed my way. Edward identified the problem quickly, explained the problem and resolution in a way that made sense, answered my questions, and made the repair all in just over an hour. They were open on Saturday, fit us in, and didn’t charge an extra fee! Outstanding customer service and professionalism from both Alexandria and Edward!! I highly recommend Wave Plumbing! Vince and the Wave Plumbing team are a gem. Trustworthy and quality service that gets the job done. He solved the problem and did so with a smile the whole way through. He provided me with a quote upfront and went above and beyond to solve my issue. Well done, and I will use Vince again should I have any other issues.

Two of our toilets had been messing up for several weeks and one morning one of them completely decided to not flush causing a major issue in one of our bathrooms. Wave plumbing responded to my call the same morning and was able to have somebody out within two hours of me calling. Vince was on-time, extremely professional and explained to me what was going on with each toilet. He even allowed me to take pictures of the parts to show the landlord issues/costs as well. 5/5 stars, highly recommended!

I will use Wave Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. They showed up quickly and promptly to diagnose an issue, and could have easily charged me a bunch of money to fix a cracked pipe, but instead helped me fight the city and proved it was located barely past my responsibility (just past house side edge of the sidewalk). Stand up honest help!

We decided taking cold showers was no longer a fun experience, so we called Wave Pluming out to replace our 20yo water heater. From the very friendly office staff, to the knowledgeable honest no hassle technician (Edward Jones) we are truly happy with this small local business. Our technician wore booties and a mask, was respectful of our living space,and made sure he left the space cleaner than when he arrived.
We fully recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They ARE licensed, insured and worth a call.

Just had a very disappointing experience with Wave Plumbing. We had a water heater replacement. Plumber did not tighten the intake valve and when they turned the water on it flooded our family room floors. They called in a restoration company to dry out floors and floors are buckled and damaged. They are refusing to replace my floors due to their error in the repairs. They claim because we signed a waiver that stated they are not responsible for damages. When we signed the waiver, we were not thinking about something as large as the intake valve not being secured and literally gallons of water flowing into our house. They are standing their ground and stating we are in the wrong. I will never use this company again or refer any business to them. Complete disappointment. Buyer beware!!!

We used Wave Plumbing to help clear up the shower drain in my daughters bathroom. Some hair had gotten clogged in their from them washing their hair all of these years and was causing it to clog up. They were very professional, an assistant called and let me know they were on the way, they showed up right on time. Shirts, vans, paperwork, customer service and service was top notch! They quickly diagnosed the problem and got it squared away at a reasonable price. I was very, very satisfied with Wave Plumbing and actually already referred them to a friend of mine. He recently used them and thanked me for the recommendation as he had a nice experience with Wave as well. Please give them a call for your plumbing needs. You will be happy you did.

I absolutely love working with Alexandria on all our plumbing issues! She is very responsive and quick to work our tenants in when there is an emergency.

Wave plumbing came to inspect where a leak was, and cut these terrible holes in the wall. Never came back and fixed it. Hope you never hire these guys. Unprofessional. They couldn't even find the leak.

We had Vincent come out in January to fix a very obvious loose pipe issue under our sink, we replaced a ring around the connecting pipes for $175. In it September and the pipe started leaking again and came apart entirely at the place he added a new ring. When we contacted Wave Plumbing they said it was not their issue since they did fix the ring, and would not fix for discount since it was no longer covered by the 30 day warranty. We got a second opinion and the other plumber said the pipes were too long, thus too heavy, and needed to be shaved down, they fixed the whole thing for less than we paid Vincent to fix one ring, and did not even catch the entire problem, causing it to break in less than 6 months, this company was not honest, it felt like they did not fix the full problem so we would have to call them back and pay for a full amount for labor and visit. I do not recommend. Vincent was very nice, but the service felt dishonest after having gotten another opinion where the plumber made it very obvious too long pipes was the issue, not the connecting ring.
