Josh and all of his crew were the best! When I called with an emergency of needing water extraction from my home, they came very quickly. They even helped with items they didn’t have to do!!! They kept in constant contact throughout the process of getting my house back to normal! I recommend using Dr Steam for any of their services! They are professional, honest, kind, fair… everything you do not see much in this day and time! I will use them again for other services for sure!

Would absolutely recommend Dr. Steam for anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. They were easy to book with, and the men who came out to do the work were friendly and professional. When a couple of stains resurfaced, they came out again to work on those areas without hesitation.

You never want flooding in your house, but if you have it these are the guys to call. They came out at 10:30 PM and were very kind and professional. They were even patient with my small putty party. Josh came out the next day and walked me through everything. I highly recommend them!

I tried Dr. Steam based on the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. I only have carpet in my bedrooms. The carpet is a pretty light color. (Probably a mistake on my part!) We are empty-nesters, however, we have grandkids and grand dogs that visit often. Several carpets had obvious stains. I tried shampooing them myself, but that didn't really help. I think I used too much shampoo, further complicating the problem. Dr. Steam came out and cleaned all the carpets, two large rugs and the sofa group in my living area. Everything looks so much better and smells so fresh. I can still see a couple of faint stains, but overall, everything looks great. The young men doing the work were professional, kind, friendly and trustworthy. I was so pleased that I hired them to clean the carpet in the waiting room of our business office. The carpet there looks brand new! I recommend Dr. Steam. I am sure I will be using them again in the future.

Amazing service from start to finish! After sending an inquiry email one evening, I was scheduled very quickly (even with the holidays in full swing), and all my questions answered. They do offer steam only cleaning, great for chemically sensitive people like myself. We had our sectional and 3 carpeted rooms steam cleaned and the service was wonderful. The tech was prompt, helpful, respectful and did a great job. The owner even stopped by to answer some questions about a rug I have. He was very kind and we will absolutely be doing business with them regularly! Thank you Dr. Steam and your entire team! Highly recommend their services.

The boys got here perfectly on time, were very sweet, and respectful, and they did a great job! I had a couple bad stains and they all came out perfect !

Guy’s arrived promptly. They did an amazing job and erased every pet urine stain in the carpet. I have only appreciation for their work. My husband is totally impressed as well. We will definitely use Dr Steam again. Gratefully!!

They scheduled me within two days. They were prompt and professional. I have had my carpet cleaned before and it never looked this clean. Also cleaned my area rug and barstools. Recommend! Price is reasonable too!

A very unprofessional team- a disappointment from the cleaning and terrible experience with billing. You know companies that bill after you've paid AND they've deposited the check? This is that type of brilliant office organization, and the more than slightly rude office staff will blame you. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
