Lubbock Steamer is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I have been in property management for years and have always used them. Sam, Michelle and Teresa are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They have, more times than I would like to admit, pulled me out of the fire in last minute situations. They always do excellent work and never over charge!

Wow! My carpet looks brand new!! Blane and Jeremy were on time, super quick, and so friendly! I will definitely be using Lubbock Steamer again!!

Teresa, Michelle, Sam, and all of the staff at Lubbock Steamer are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I use them professionally for my business and they have been able to assist me on the fly MULTIPLE times! The staff that they employ for both carpet cleaning and General cleaning are TOP-NOTCH. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional!

I call Lubbock Steamer usually 2-3 times a week for work and every time I call Teresa, Michelle and Sam always greet me by name and make me feel like part of the family!

Tomas with the carpet cleaning is extremely attentive to detail and VERY knowledgeable! He explains the chemicals he is going to use and keeps me informed every step of the way!

The General Cleaning staff is always on-time and always has me do a walk through of the unit before they leave to make sure that I am happy with the service!

Blane and Jeremy came to my office to clean my jeep for me after a gallon of milk spoiled under the seat of my car! They went above and beyond, cleaning the inside and out. Looks and smells amazing! Highly recommend this company!

Very happy with my experience with Lubbock Steamer! I'm mad at myself for not choosing them sooner. I just moved in to my house and had an incident with the carpet in the kitchen. Called a carpet cleaner out and it looked okay until the next week, called them out again and still no improvement. Recently our dog got sick and went all over the house, I was hesitant to call the same carpet cleaning business again until my mom told me about Lubbock Steamer. I am so glad she told me about them because they did an excellent job! We went out of town for the weekend and the kitchen still looks great and looks so much better then when the previous carpet cleaner came out TWICE. They were quick and efficient. I will continue to use Lubbock Steamer from now on and the owner called me the next day asking how they did. Great customer service! Thank you, Lubbock steamer, for exceeding my expectations and very happy to say they will always have my business!

I had Lubbock Steamer come to Big Spring 2 hours away to clean my grandmothers carpet. The ladies in the office were very kind answering the phone and willing to work with my schedule. I was kind of nervous about them being on time since they were in Lubbock. But, no they were very timely and professional. The 2 gentlemen that arrived were very nice. They moved all of her furniture with care and left the place looking and smelling amazing. They even did give me a heads up about the slipping hazard of my grandmother going from the carpet (since it would take a few hours to dry) to her tile. I was very grateful for that! I just simply placed her bath mats right on the tile surface to remind her to dry her shoes. They were great and affordable! We will absolutely be calling them again. Great job Lubbock Steamer!!!!

I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option. Was told they would be at my house scheduled a week in advance for Saturday morning at 10 AM. Me and my family waited until 130 in the afternoon. Tried calling several times left voicemails no response never could get a hold of anyone. No call no show. I will never be using this company again. Definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Blane and Thomas came in and steam cleaned the carpets to our new home! They did amazing!! Carpets looked so good!! They were super nice and explained the whole process to us!! Definitely using them again and highly recommend them!!!

Blane and Jeremy did an amazing job on my basement! They were in and out within a couple of minutes and explained everything to me. Their communication leading up to the appt was great and they kept me updated on small time changes! 10 out of 10 for these guys! My carpet looks and feels great!

Lubbock Steamer is AMAZING! I use them for my own home and they are always the first people I call when any of my buyer or sellers need work done. They show up on time, do a great job, and are affordable. 10/10 recommend. P.S. shoutout to Tomas, he is always so respectable, dependable, knowledgable and fast! The lady at the front desk is so kind and has saved me twice with last minute appointments now. And I have also had the pleasure of meeting Blane that does a wonderful job and is so friendly, also.

Blane and Jeremy did an great job on our carpet. Our carpet was not new when we moved into our home 10 years ago. Not only does my carpet look like amazing now (even in my dining room), my house smells amazing!

Had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. They did an amazing job. Honest hard workers. Can’t say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend.

Blane and Lubbock streamers did a phenomenal job cleaning our air ducts! We are waking up without stuffy noses or sore throats. Our air feels fresher and cleaner. Didn’t take long at all. Highly recommend Lubbock Steamers!

First time they came out we had a great experience! Carpet looked fresh and super clean and I remember telling my wife that we for sure would use them again.

Second time was just okay. They did the job, but accidentally missed a room. They had to come out to do it again.

When I called to book, I may have misheard it, but I thought it was going to total to $116. When I called to pay, it came out to about $50 more than I thought was originally quoted… either I misheard the quote or maybe because a truck had to be called out a second time to correct the mistake of missing a room? Not sure.
Carpets were okay the second time. Some of the stains on our carpet were still pretty visible. All in all, 50/50 if we would go with them again.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Price was great, and my house is clean. Im so happy with the job they did 😊 I recently asked to have my oven cleaned and its the cleanest its ever been. Amazing job!
