Once notified about the leak we had. They were here with smiles and got it done!! Put in a ticket for our toilet handle and ofc came by and fixed that as well !! Thank you !!

We called this place Friday. The guy goes to the wrong address shows up to our house 10 minutes before 5 o’clock and then wants to charge us extra so we sit in a hot house over the weekend. He comes back Monday at 11 says it’s the compressor which they’ve already replaced and it’s warranty And takes off and leaves again. We have sat in a house since Friday with no air conditioner and these guys have no idea what they’re doing.

I was referred to Accurate Air Solutions by a friend to replace a gas line on a rent house. They came same day and gave me a quote for the repair. They started the yard line the next morning and by 3:00 that day they were finished, had a city inspection and Atmos energy had turned the gas back on. I will definitely be a Repeat customer.

Scott and his guys came out to help us with a huge leak last Friday. They were efficient, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and will call them again!

Brasen and Scott were super helpful in getting my toilet at my work back up and running, and even stayed unil 7:10pm making sure everything was perfect and all good to go, super friendly and great people would recommend everytime!

Cingen was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me get my 3 year old water heater replaced under manufacturer’s warranty making the investment I made a worthy one. I appreciated how quickly he and his guys were able to get the unit replaced so we were not inconvenienced any longer than what was unavoidably necessary due to the manufacturer defect. Will call them again when the need arises!

We use Accurate Air Solutions in Lubbock for both plumbing and electrical issues. We have been very pleased with their work, professionalism, knowledge and prices. We consider Scott Norris the best plumber in town. He is over the plumbing division, so they are the only ones we call when we have plumbing issues. Our daughter recently had major plumbing issues. We had her call Scott. His crew wasted no time in tackling the in slab water leaks with the necessary knowledge and tools to fix her issues. The price they charged was much more reasonable than some other companies she called.

Great business to hire for your plumbing needs! Scott is fantastic 👌 very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and punctual. He explained everything that was needed to fix the issues to get the heater working again. The process was fast and price was very reasonable. I know if we have any plumbing issues, we're calling Scott!!! You should too!!

If we could give Armstrong Plumbing a 10-star rating, we would. We had a water leak in our house. From the moment we contacted them they were responsive and kept us informed throughout the 2-day plumbing repair. Tony and Isaac worked hard to find the proper solution for our situation. It's not common to use the words compassionate and plumbing repairman in the same sentence, but that's how we'd describe them. They worked hard to meet our needs, cleaned up after the repair, and made sure all our questions were answered. Thank you, Tony and Isaac!

I was able to schedule an appointment for a bid to replace a water heater and a few other minor plumbing issues. They were able to complete the repairs same day and identified and repaired other potential problems. The price was fair and the work was great.

Had toilet and water leak in pipe close to my back fence repaired. Santos and Brent were very efficient and friendly. The leak required digging into my decomposed granite. The area was covered and left in very good condition. Will not even have to call a landscaper for decomposed granite repair. A very nice surprise! Will use again. Office personnel also very polite and helpful.

Could not have been more pleased with all aspects of the service. Blue Sauceda, and the installment crew of Mark, Izik, and Kyler could not have been more industrious and courteous, even when some equipment problems not of their making, interfered with the installation of new equipment.

My first time with Armstrong was a great experience. We had a clogged drain line on a mini-split air conditioner unit. A hot July day in Lubbock and I foresaw two or three weeks of being uncomfortable. Wrong. Called and Samaria said she would have someone out the next day. True to her word, Kyler arrived the next afternoon and agreed with my diagnosis. Clogged drain line. The water running out the front of the unit was our clue. Kyler got the unit open, fixed the clogged drain and made sure everything else was fine. It, of course, works great. The price, service and time spent was quite reasonable. Both Kyler and Samaria were pleasant, professional and nice to deal with. My questions were answered and they put Armstrong Plumbing at the top of my go to service professionals. My new motto is don't go to YouTube and try to fix something you know nothing about. Call the professionals at Armstrong Plumbing. You'll be glad you did and it will be fixed right the first time.

We had a slab leak that needed to be repaired asap, and Armstrong was able to come out the same day and perform the leak detection. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get the issue resolved and the repairs made efficiently. They prioritized our repair and cared about helping us get the water back on. We will absolutely use Armstrong again and highly recommend!
