After a 4th of July a weekend with no HVAC and the next week of several technicians and different paths concerning this new thermostat. Hunter came and spent a significant amount of time looking at the functioning of my Lennox system with this new thermostat. He laid out a plan to try and explained in detail what I should expect. I was able to leave town the next week and did not worry about my home or pets. He is very product knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and professional. I appreciate his customer service. Really good experience. We had to do a complete replacement. Blue was great in staying in communication. They put in a temp unit until our new unit to come in. Prompt and timely. They showed up when they said they would which is sometimes unheard of. Pleased with the product and service.

Tony and Dennis from Armstrong Plumbing just installed a kitchen faucet for me. They did a great job. Very pleasant experience. The guys were great, very nice and respectful. I will definitely use Armstrong again and will request Tony and Dennis.

A few weeks ago I was having plumbing issues at my house, Oscar and Robby came and took care of it, they are very nice and friendly young men, very knowledgeable, I will surely recommend Armstrong Mechanical to anyone

Everything went well with the work gentleman did checking the filters and replacing them. However, they left the roof access door open. I went into the janitors closet where the roof access door is and I felt the wind and cold. I have attacked a couple pictures of the open access.

Called to ask for Evaporator cleaning. Was told that it's included in the annual maintenance subscription for $180. Tech was late for the appointment and then told me upon arrival that it's not part of the subscription and they would instead charge me $1100. Bait and switch. Second star due to it being seemingly unintentional.

The reviews are what sold me on using Armstrong Plumbing, Air & Electric. The appointment setup was easy and communication throughout was stellar. The tech installed my new Ecobee thermostat to replace my older Ecobee unit and ensured it functioned as it should prior to leaving. Extremely efficient and reasonably priced! Don't look any further, this is the company you want servicing your Plumping, Air & Electric needs.

Tony arrived within expected time frame. Clean and friendly. Evaluated garbage disposal and recommended replacement. Upon my agreement to replace he had the new garbage disposal in his truck and installed it within 40 minutes total. Well organized and pleasant technician. Young apprentice with him was very quiet/respectful and appeared to be paying attention and "soaking in" the service steps demonstrated by Tony. Appreciated Tony trying to accommodate our need to limit the service call to <45 minutes due to an pre-existing doctor appt for my husband across town. Thank you.

Armstrong did an excellent job replacing the sewer line. They were quick, respectful, and cleaned up well after the job.

Outstanding service by Armstrong personnel. I have used them many times and especially when it’s an emergency. They are prompt, efficient and reliable. I absolutely recommend them to family and friends. Amazing team all around!!!

I’m just in shock on what the charge for labor is and just for a compressor job took 5 hours which the two techs didn’t show up to my door step til 9am since my ring video shows that is when the tech arrived. I was billed for 5 hours and it should have been 3-4 hours of labor. Also I was only expecting one tech and was given info on Domingo but he also had another tech with him so therefore the job shouldn’t have taken 5 hours since there were two tech. When I finally got home around 12 noon both techs weee just sitting in there truck so I feel that just ate up some of the labor time I was billed for. I will never use Armstrong for my Ac work ever again. Lesson learned on how to be robbed of hard earned money for service of techs sitting in a company vehicle.

Mr. Levario was on time, he took care of the regular maintenance on the heating unit. He was very professional answered the questions I had and cleaned the area before he left.

These guys are always prompt, professional, and go way beyond the normal standards of service. Thanks Armstrong crew for keeping everything running in top notch condition.
