Service was fast and efficient. I had a question regarding my bill and Robby gave me a call. He was nice and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate that he took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood. I will definitely use their service in the future and hopefully Robby will be my technician again.

From estimate to installation was quick, easy and professional. Have a new furnace and A/C installed and operational as proposed. I would use this service and merchant again.

Tony and Mathias were great. Only complaint was that dispatch called and texted that they were on the way. “On the way” to me means 10-20 minutes. 45min later I called and was told they were 5-10 minutes away. They arrived 15minutes later. More than an hour after I was told they were “on the way”.
I understand things come up, but when arrival is delayed, an update would be nice. I had projects for my job that I could have been working on. As it was I lost an hour of productivity.
Work was completed quickly and both Tony and Mathias were very nice to work with.

Brittany was very accommodating with my schedule,and Domingo was a true professional at his craft. I was amazed at how much knowledge he had about my Lennox units, had every tool he needed in his tool bag! I would definitely request him next time!!!

Isaac, his apprentice, and Jeremy were truly fantastic and were thorough and explained everything precisely and kept me up to speed the whole way. Issac and Brent were very informative as they figured out the problems with the plumbing in our almost 100 year old 2 story apartments. Then they followed through completing the repairs.
The office staff are always very professional and informative.

Tony was very communicative, friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. He took a little extra time to make sure I knew how the equipment worked and gave me some preventative maintenance tips to keep our tank heating water for longer. In a day and age when customer service seems to wallow at an all-time low, Tony represented Armstrong and himself extremely well. I'll call them again the next time I need plumbing services!

We have had some difficulties with our air conditioning. The workers from Armstrong took several days to pin point the problem. We appreciate their willingness to continue to work on the unit until the problem was resolved.

Armstrong has a service they provide where they check my plumbing and air-conditioning twice a year just to make sure everything's running properly. Oscar Came in to check my plumbing and during the process in my bathroom, he found one of the pipes that was loose and would have caused a leak that he not caught it. So I am extremely grateful to him. The service they provide Is outstanding. For anyone looking for plumbing and air-conditioning Armstrong is the one to call

Oscar was the plumber that was sent. He arrived promptly. He has a pleasant personality and very knowledgable. . Oscar did a fantastic job at figuring out why one of the outside taps had suddenly stopped working. He was thourough in his investigations and explained it all to me. I appreciated that.

Armstrong Plumbing, Air & Electric is one of the best companies in Lubbock. Our Air Conditioner went out overnight. They have always been prompt and do an excellent job. We have used them for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Our service guy this time was Domingo Lopez and he was wonderful. Thanks again Armstrong.

Blue and Justin came out in a responsive time and took the best care of me! They addressed the issues and without lacking efficiency, they went over and covered every available option.

Andrew and Izik came by to clean out our dryer vent. They were very professional, cautious with their handling of our appliances, and cleaned up after their work was done. They were very helpful, answered all of my questions, and seemed generally interested in my understanding what they were doing.

Oscar was very professional during a toilet repair we had done today and was very upfront with the cost and what he thought might be wrong. They pulled me out of a jam. I was waiting for another company to repair my ac , in fact I waited for a week. Got ahold of these guys and they had me up and running in 2 hours! The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I will use these guys in the future. I am VERY pleased with the experience I had.

My husband called the office about 4:00pm today (Friday) and he was immediately met with a very friendly customer service representative who went above and beyond to handle our issue. We hand another hvac company over today who told us they would not be able to fix our AC until next week because they had to order the part. We have been without air conditioning for 2 days already and we could not go another day like this. When my husband called Aire Serv they were able to locate the part needed and had the technician James out here within an hour. James is very knowledgeable and got us up and running and now my house is cooling again. We even signed up for their service plan and we will use Aire Serv for all of our future HVAC needs. Thank you so much for caring enough to get us cooling on the hot summer days!
