AirServ was super responsive to my emergency heater issue. They got out there earlier than scheduled and fixed the problem. It's always comforting to have reliable HVAC professionals that are quick and efficient. Huge thanks to Jeff!!

Our heating unit went out in November 2020, James came out and replaced the unit. He was quick and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the work we have had done with Air-Serve, and will continue to utilize this locally owned company, and refer all of our friends and family.

James and crew were wonderful! I highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs you may have. The integrity, personable service and cost efficiency is a breath of fresh air. James obviously cares about the reputation of his company which becomes evident in his attentiveness to remedy problems and his care for his customers' needs. He is knowledgeable and capable in a competitive profession, and it shows. I want to acknowledge the fact that Courtney (office manager and the very sweet person I spoke to on the phone) made sure I got same day service even though it was a Saturday! Amazing! UPDATE 7/2020:
Our old A/C unit finally gave up. It had been on its last leg for a while. We had a guy come out and he gave us an informative quote for a replacement. After doing some research to determine if the price was fair we called the next day to schedule the install. It was an all day project but the guys doing the install were working constantly. It has been very hot here (in the 100's for several days). After the install I did have an issue with the new unit. The new filter got wet due to poor draining and the unit annihilated it quickly. I called again and Aire Serv sent the same person who installed it out who made some adjustments. A week later it had done the same thing again and destroyed another filter so I called one more time and they sent a guy immediately to come check it. He replaced the plumbing in a different way and the "gurgling" sound went away that the unit had been making. He explained what was happening and why and also how this stuff he had changed would fix it. I am still happy with the service I receive from Aire Serv (even with the wet filter issues) and will continue to use them in the future.

We have had Aire Serv at our house a couple times over the past 5-6 years. James is awesome! He is friendly and does a good job explaining what the problem is and what your options are for repair. We have had our A/C unit and Heater serviced and are pleased with the quality of the work.

Most recently our heater quit working properly. We woke on a Saturday morning to find our house very chilly inside. I placed a call in at 8 am for service. I was given a 10am-12pm window for a technician to be at my house. He arrived a few minutes after 10am and we were back up and running before noon after he replaced a part!! On a Saturday!!

Air Serv was extremely professional. They sent a knowledgeable technician to my house who completed everything in a timely manner. Even booking my appointment was so very easy, and I also really appreciated the thank you for your business email I received afterward. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work needed on HVAC and other air-related issues!

I am extremely impressed by this company's commitment to great service. I was on a short time span where I needed to get a service on my unit within 2 days. James showed up on time. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I had called 3 other companies before reaching the receptionist at Aire Serv of Lubbock. No one returned my call. I will give all my business to this company going forward and I would highly recommend them for any heating/cooling service you need!!

Stacey was the technician that was sent to do our repair. He was wonderful. He told us everything he was going to do step by step. He really knows his stuff. He’s a great guy and hard worker. I would recommend Aire Serv of Lubbock to friends and neighbors. I had such a great experience with them that I know they will treat others the same. Highly recommend.

Proud to work with James and his team. Quickly installed a new HVAC for the entire house for exactly the amount quoted in his estimate. System was running in one day! Everyone who came to my house was friendly, polite, and very conscious about not intruding into our working from home routines. I could not be happier. I love this company. They are always prompt on making and keeping appointments. Stacey always explains every detail of what services he has preformed and why they needed to be done. All pricing is fair and actually a bargain for the services rendered.

Technicians came out and were prepared to get to work! Super polite and professional crew. They were here most of the day and worked steadily throughout. They took out my old HVAC, put in the new, made sure the coils were properly heating/cooling the rooms, AND installed a new thermostat! I am one happy customer :)

I cannot speak highly enough about James and his team. They are so thorough, so professional, and just genuinely care. I signed up as a member with them (they come two times a year for maintenance) and they always take such good care of our family! We have an older system but they always are able to help get us back up and running when we have issues. They are hands down the best!

I was having trouble with my heating system and could not find anyone who would come to my house on a Friday. After several calls; I called Aire Serv and they were able to make room for me that afternoon. My system is 23 years old and in poor shape. My house is a lot older. After speaking with James, the owner, about my issues; I decided to replace the unit along with my 14 year old A/C unit. They were able to do the install the next day on a Saturday so we would have heat over the weekend. I had a couple of issues with my house being older and my unit being 23 years old. The following Tuesday, Ross and John came back out and made sure everything was perfect. Lora, the office manager, stayed in constant contact with me throughout the quick process and coordinated the scheduling seemlessly. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Lubbock as James and his team are true professionals. Thank you all for updating my systems. Absolutely love it!

Absolutely Amazing Company! Honest, Kind, Efficient and just one of those businesses that makes it easy to become a customer for life. We had our entire HVAC system go out and went with AirServ via a word-of-mouth recommendation. After a thorough evaluation of our broken unit, we were given substantial information and options to make the best decision moving forward. The technician gave us multiple system options in varying price points and went over each option with us without any hint of ulterior motives- like trying to get us into the most expensive model possible. Installation of the new unit was efficient and we're more than happy with our system now.

They come out every season to service our unit and always send the same technician which is such a gift! We've been able to build relationship (and trust) with our Technician Jeff who is diligent and thorough in his work. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, what his recommendations are and is always providing information for us to better utilize our unit, stay comfortable in our home and maintain our unit effectively. Any questions we have, he goes above and beyond to provide thoughtful answers, useful information and great recommendations.

Having the same technician every time tells us a few things about this company: They value customer satisfaction, retention and connection. They are a solid company and employees are happy to work there. They do great work, stand behind it and care about maintaining their work and relationships. This isn't a company that's going to sell you an expensive unit you don't need, then disappear when things go wrong or your energy bills skyrocket.

1000% Happy Customer and so long as this company maintains such a superb customer experience, they will be the ONLY people we use and recommend for HVAC work.

The staff I interacted with were courteous and professional and they handled the issue efficiently.

However, I do feel they are over-priced. I have never paid a diagnostic fee on top of the parts and labor when everything occurred within the same appointment. I was also never told anything about the diagnostic fee or how much it would be until it was on my invoice.

They were able to fit us in quickly which I appreciate because my tenant was sitting in a 93 degree house. However, I do not plan on using them again because I do not trust their pricing just based off of previous HVAC services I've received from other companies.

As stated above I have no issues with the people just the policies/procedure/pricing.

James and his team were very quick to take care of me. I called them out on Tuesday and James was at my house not even 2 hours later that same day and replaced my unit the next day. I will definitely recommend AireServ to anyone!

The service was great! I initially dealt with Brittany and she was so helpful and professional and set me up with exactly what I needed. John came out and did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous. A fine young man.

These people are just the best! They are so knowledgeable and trustworthy. Got to me quickly and had what was needed on hand and ready to install. Couldn't ask for better.

My wife and I were so pleased with James from Aire Serv of Lubbock repairing our air conditioning unit recently. He was professional in helping us maximize the efficiency of our unit with a higher quality air filter and some thermostat tweaks too. We even signed up for Aire Serv's preventive maintenance plan to keep our HVAC warranty in place. A+!

I’d like to give them a five star but I don’t feel like I’ve resolved all of my issues yet. There were some issues with the installation. They made a recent attempt to repair the issue, i will have to wait and see if it holds up this time.
update: I have had them come out 5 times to resolve the issue at hand. In short, last summer my a/c unit went out. They sent a rep and explained that I needed an outdoor unit and that my furnace was only a few years old at the time, so it wasn't necessary. I asked if all we did was the outdoor unit, would it resolve the issue with my kids' rooms not getting cold. The salesman told me that I needed a bigger furnace that would push more air. I asked if there were issues with the duct and they said it all looked good and insulation was more than sufficient, and the furnace would fix my issue.
one year later and 5 failed attempts my kid's rooms still are much warmer than the rest of the house, the owner agreed that I need new duct work. I explained that his salesman sold me a furnace to correct my issue when all I needed was an outdoor unit and duct work that would have been almost 4000$ cheaper. His response was that the salesman no longer works there implying he had issues with this salesman already. Then instead of coming to me directly he sent a technician in to tell me that they would have to charge me for the duct work. This is unethical and cowardly John Russel, you should do what's right. I don't know who all out there has 10,000 dollars just laying around, but I don't. They took advantage of a stressful situation and totally sold me false hope and did not deliver on their promise.
