Daniel's Heating and Air came to my heating and air rescue, they were prompt and took care of the issue quickly. They are caring, kind and a wonderful company.

They provide a good service. They showed up on time and called before to let me know they were on the way. Cleaned a/c unit and explained what they did you the unit. They even took before and after pictures.

They came out the day after I had contacted them about maintenance on my HVAC and furnace. Professional, knowledgeable and the price was great. Highly recommend them!!

I don't know how everyone else had such a good experience and ours was awful. The technician came to our house and didn't look at anything but the unit for 2 seconds. He then proceeds to say the compressor is broke and just the part by itself would be 3k dollars, he wouldn't be able to come until next week, and it would take two technicians which he has to source from somewhere else. He told us he would send us an estimate and tell us more shortly. He never called or sent an estimate. We looked it up and a whole entire new AC unit is 3k. We had two more companies take a look and they both started by looking at the vents and the breaker box before going to the unit outside. They said that the compressor is very unlikely to go out and especially because our house is only a year old. The part that was actually broken is a very and should have been easily identified we were told. Ended up being 1/10th of the estimate your tech gave us and literally a 10 minute fix. I'm curious if we would have trusted your tech if we would have 3 thousand dollars plus labor for no reason. Not only did he demonstrate just how much he doesn't know, his attitude was also subpar. I live in Lubbock by the way so if you want details on who the tech was or something else just let me know.
