To my horror, my camode started to back up and overflow this AM. My plumber I, have used for so many years has apparently gone out of business. I found JD's on Google and they responded by sending Jason out mid afternoon. After he called and explained the measures he had to use to successfully unclog my sewer line. I am extremely satisfied. we had water that was leaking into a bathroom of ours and jason came in today and told us it was clogged and snaked the vent for us and helped us out! Great costumer service and was very nice and was in and out!

Jason and David did a good job with my kitchen plumbing. All the old pipes were re-routed and new flooring and cabinets can be installed upon arrival. The plumbers were fast and very professional.

Terrible gas line service. Had them install a gas regulator on the line to the house. Atmos yellow tagged the sevice due to a leak on the quick connect elbow that JD's plumber installed Monday morning (I watched the bubbles when Atmos sprayed the elbow). Atmos talked to the plummer on the phone explaining the issue and when I called JD Plumbing 3 hrs later at 1pm I was told they couldn't get someone out until Tuesday morning (next day). I told them that was unsatisfactory as it meant being without heat and hot water until it was fixed and hung up. This morning at 10:30 I called and was told they weren't sending anyone out. To say I was livid is an understatement. It was not a good conversation to say the least. I have stopped payment on their invoice until it is resolved.

For years I have had issues with my AC and heater. Whenever the repair guy got to my home he came in and he was able to find the problem very quickly and fix it right there on the spot. I was highly amazed and very impressed. 5 star rating.

Our A/C went out on a Thursday night so I called around 9 on Friday morning. The young lady was helpful and courteous and set an appointment for us that very afternoon! JD came out at the scheduled time-no delays, no rescheduling- and had our unit repaired and running well in no time!! We live in a small, rural town and usually have to wait at least a couple of days then another few so parts can come in etc. but JD's took care of us promptly and courteously! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!!

I had a leak in my kitchen. I called JD's that day & in just a couple of hours a plumber was there fixing the problem.

Sorry I fell behind on getting this review out. I had JD’s come out and replace a tub faucet. They installed an access panel to the guts of faucet without me even asking. The work was great. AC went out and reached out to JD's Prompt Plumbing Heating and Air through email. They responded quickly and sent out a technician that evening. He was able to repair my AC unit. I would recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The son came to my
House 3 years ago and BROKE my unit. The dad, owner had to come back and try to service it and apologized for his son he wasn’t the greatest employee he said and didn’t pay attention. I Had to have another company come and fix their mistakes. Called several times to settle a bill (that was never supposed to be billed per the owner)and Kathy hangs up every time on me that I call. I’ve called 19 times since mid 2022. They avoid your calls and won’t speak to you. Horrible customer service, definitely not a legitimate business. Wasn’t going to post but with staff hanging up on people that call in to this business I would be very cautious about giving them your business.

These guys were on time. They were very polite and knew what they were doing. They solved our issue quickly. I will recommend them to anyone that needs their expertise. Thank you for your help!!!!
