I have used Spartan for about 3 years and 5-6 visits unclogging drains and sewer lines. I really like the people... from the person answering the phone to their several technicians. Always professional and reasonable prices.

Sam was right on time, very professional and kind. It was a tough job, but he never seemed discouraged and brought in reinforcements to help. We will definitely be using Spartan for our future plumbing needs.

my water heater broke Tuesday and I called them at 8 the next morning. They went out their way to schedule me in as early as possible. They where at my house by 1030 with the supplies and had the job done by 12. I live in Plainview and that is what I call good service in my book I think his name was Mike but he was a good employee and respectful man.

Spartan takes care of the plumbing and air conditioner for my investment property. I love that they send text updates related to your appointment so you know when to expect your technician. Bonus points for doing a great job every time they are called!

Very good svc. As always. Quick and pros. Last time not so good. Hook up gen. Tech had to return three times to satisfy and still not right. Pipe too long. Moved gen. To match pipe ! Should not move after gen. Tech set. Some argument with your tech.

Have used them twice and both times they were spectacular! We didn't have to wait several days before anyone could come help us out with our problems and they're very decently priced. Both guys that came over we're really friendly and worked quickly!

Replace both of our hvac units, left a mess everywhere, left insulation all over clothed and closet, even after being called back out 3 times. Never have received the paperwork or warranty information on the units. Everyone that came out to the house were nice and cordial. The owner or co-owner that originally made the sale would not answer calls at all. I would not use this company again. The units worked as intended.

My water heater was leaking. I called Spartan at 8 am and had a new install finished by 3. Good guys, good install. They found some warranty on my old unit and mopped up after they were done.

Spartan plumbing is the worst plumbing outfit I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with My water heater went out and they sent some guy over who didn't know what he was doing then he brought his son who knew even less than he did to finish the job needless to say they charged me $500 in less than a month later I have to replace the whole water heater thank God I hired a reputable company Earl's plumbing The guy's knew what they were doing Way to go earls

We manage multiple properties in the Lubbock area and have used Spartan for over a year now. They have handled drain repair, drain cleanout, and HVAC work for us and have been excellent the entire way through. Thanks to the entire staff for great service and competitive pricing.

We have used Spartan Plumbing for over 5 years since moving to Lubbock. They are amazing! They always show up on time, and they get to you very quickly. Their employees are nice and very skilled at what they do. If there is a warranty on things they will check it out for you. We will always use them!

We have several rental properties in the Lubbock area but one in crosbyton. The heater went down on Saturday and I called Spartan and they went out with no qualms to find out what had happened to the Heat. They followed up and finish the job on Wednesday bringing the correct parts and making our renters so happy. What a beautiful Christmas. Worst HVAC company EVER … i do not recommend them what so ever … Customer service very rude Techs who installed my unit did a very unprofessional job left a mess and most of all a Big huge Fire Hazard in the way the electrical was done … they would not come bck out to fix all issues on sight I had to hire a local here where i live and corrected all the issues… the Techs tht came out commets were who ever installed your unit obviously had no clue what they were doing …

Chris was great. He completed the work as requested, he kept me informed as he did job, and was promptly. He was professional throughout install. I will use spartan again for any electrical work.
