Jason’s with J D Plumbing came out to give me an estimate on replacing a drain line from the kitchen sink to the sewer line as someone else had said the line needed replacing. He suggested going through the clean out first and he was able to clear the drain line saving me $2,500 to $4,200.00. The rstimatrd amounts I had received.

We had the most outstanding experience with JD's! We had a technician check our AC unit and advised us not to upgrade a part that seemed to be working. After he left, the fan stopped working. He came right back, fixed it after hours, and gave us the new part for FREE. They are prompt if not early and they make sure the job is done well. I will be telling everyone I know to use JD's Prompt Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning!

We needed repairs in our bathroom. The work was completed quickly. They were courteous and the price was great. I was very pleased and will use JD’s Prompt Plumbing again should the need arise.

Walked into a very hot home Friday after work. Called JDs in hopes to have someone check it out. Earliest appointment was scheduled for the next morning at 9am. About 5 minutes later we got a call back from them letting us know they were able to head our direction! Charlie was our service tech and he was great! Really appreciated his patience with my questions. He was down to earth and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem, cause and solution as he worked through it. I got a hail damage repair on the fins of the outside unit and annual winter start up. I have used JD’s for the annual summer and winter start up for 21 years. They always do a great job.

JD Plumbing is on the spot and they will fix whatever problem you from toilets to sinks. Jason and his partner are respectful, knowledgeable and absolutely know what they are doing.

They were there within the hour of me calling when my air conditioner quit working. Very fast and professional. Would definitely use them again recommend to others.

Jason and Benny called ahead and let me know they were on the way so I could be ready. They showed up, gave me a quick, accurate estimate of the work, got the work done quickly and well. My outdoor faucet had been leaking for a while and I, being a very novice handyman myself, managed to make it make it worse when I tried working on it. The pros showed up and fixed it in about 20 minutes. I'll make sure to call them again next time I have plumbing issues.

Jason and his helper did a 5-star job replacing a 130' sewer line. The workmanship was flawless as well as timely and they worked with the city effectively. The clean-up and trench backfill went well with no complaints. I would recommend these fellows any day knowing that they take pride in what they do and don't mind doing a days work... The price was reasonable as well...

JD's Prompt Plumbing has provided my plumbing and A/C needs for the past 10 or more years. I've watched his business grow over the years. I have always received excellent service from him and at times I believe he has gone above and beyond expectations.

He did my Central heating to transfer it to propane and was quick and didn't give me the runs around like the previous plumber did, that's exactly what I needed, great work! Very professional and nice. Would refer his service to anyone. God bless JD company .🙏 🙌

I will never recommend this company to my enemies. They have some good employees but have very bad business practices. I called them to tell them about two outside faucets that were leaking. I told them that I had called a previous plumber who told me that both faucets needed to be replaced. But I wanted a second opinion about one of the faucets as I was able to fix one by tightening it by myself. They said they would send someone to come take a look at this. Two nice guys came the next day, looked at the faucet for 5 minutes, said that the faucet was better replaced, and left. I told them that I had home warranty insurance but they declined this. No one talked about a service call fee. Not on the phone and not in person. I later got a bill for $110 for a service call fee. I told them that I already had the faucet replaced by the previous plumber who accepted my insurance, but I would pay $75 for their opinion. They insisted that their service fee was $110. Later on, they sent me another bill for $121 because they started to add interest to this service call fee that was never mentioned when I called them. The company may have some good employees, but I would never recommend them because of their lack of consideration and money-hungry practices.

It is so comforting to have a dependable company I can call whenever I have a plumbing or HVAC issue. JD’s has responded professionally, honestly and graciously every time. Most recently in mid-summer when my 23 yr. old AC unit went out during a heat wave. They had my house cool again in no time. And most importantly to me, they didn’t go straight to replacement despite the age of the unit. When it was determined that that was the solution, they gave me a fair price and quickly had the job done. I’ll never call anyone else.

I have used them for myself (drainage problem) & for my son (water heater replacement). Making and scheduling appointments were very easy and appointments made in appropriate timeframe. When technician came to my home, he was friendly and explained the services needed and approximate cost before starting the work. He did an excellent job. At my son’s home, the technician replaced the water heater in a timely manner and was very courteous to my son and daughter in law. I would highly recommend JD’s.
