I had my water heater go out and called Spartan the following morning. They were at my house and had it installed that afternoon. I found them to be very professional, clean, and knowledgeable so I asked if the could flush my other water heater. They gave me a very reasonable price for all the work they did prior to doing it. I will be having them back in a few days to fix some other plumbing issues. I am very pleased so far.

Atmos installed a new gas meter at my home while I was out of town, leaving a toll free number for me to call to get the gas turned back on. Atmos came out the next day at 6:30p.m. - I had to wait all day. They could not get my line to hold pressure and that began my relationship with Spartan. Spartan was quick to get on the job and assess the situation, explaining to me that the gas line would have to be replaced and showed me how they came to that conclusion. My home had to also be brought up to code. Spartan was profession, able to handle every aspect of the job, stood behind everything they did, and got my service restored in short order. From the receptionist to the crew that did the work, all were helpful, pleasant, and a pleasure. After visiting with some folks that had to have the same job done, I concluded that, while expensive, my bill was 10-30% less than those I spoke with. So, I've nothing but good things to say about Spartan. It's no fun replacing a gas line, but I certainly had the right people do the work.

We have used Spartan a number of times for various things. This time it was our water heater. Very timely and accomodating and installed a tankless system within 24 hours.

Chris is my electrician. Whenever friends and family need electrical work, I’ll definitely recommend him to Spartan Plumbing and Electric. He worked with me on a super complicated and frustrating project with all sorts of City-inspired red tape, but he totally nailed it! He’s very communicative and great at explaining things. He always responds to calls right away. Plus, every time I had to call into the office (which was way too many considering my questions and changes to my schedule), everyone was super helpful and accommodating. I never felt frustrated or like I was bothering anyone. I really appreciated how everyone approached this long project in a professional manner. I’d give it more than five stars if it were possible. The entire company is amazing!
