There’s something special going on in this place that the rest of the business world, both small and large, can really benefit from. After searching across the country and talking to five or more HVAC suppliers and them really not being interested in helping me with my little need, frustration really set in and I wanted to give up. After convincing myself to give up, I stumbled upon this small company, call Snook & Aderton HVAC supply and I decided to make one last call. . With the first hello from a gentleman named Joe, my day and my experience completely elevated from there. My guess is he could sense the frustration that I had been experiencing and Joe immediately took the time to fix me before fixing my problem. We chatted a bit, and I explained exactly what I was up against and Joe took it from there; calling distributors, digging through countless databases I would imagine and checking in with me periodically while we were on the phone. The service level was unbelievable and everything that was promised has exceeded any expectations I had. Even after we had to tweak the order a little bit, the parts were delivered and arrived as described. The people that make up this company, Joe, Joseph, Brandon, Zach, and I’m willing to bet the rest of the employees are just a rare breed and really care about the customer experience. So before you go treading off to the big box stores and suppliers take a look around
your own community you might be surprised that you will receive something you can’t get at those locations. Did I mention that I live over five hundreds miles away from Lubbock? But it didn’t matter, and for all my future HVAC needs you can bet I will be calling these guys.

We placed an order for a heating element and the manager, Brandon, went out of his way to 2nd day air it to us as we requested. When it arrived, we then had it installed by a plumber/electrician and were told it possibly was defective, so I called Brandon, and he immediately handled the situation within minutes, and next day air us a new one. Let me just express my utmost gratitude to Brandon and his crew for being so polite and accommodating to our situation. Best customer service I have ever received in a long time and will be making this company a definite must the next time we are in need of equipment.

I ordered a part online through snook for a 20+ year-old swamp cooler control unit. Didn’t read close enough to know that the part I ordered was for a newer unit, but Brandon the store manager took me under his wing look for the correct part help walk me through the part I had if I wanted to use it and we did a little retrofit Making it much easier than if I would’ve ordered the correct part. He was kind, patient and walk me through step-by-step and made sure that all was right and that he had made sure I was a satisfied customer. I would deal with this Company in a heartbeat because of their fine customer service. Thank you again Brandon For helping me get my old swamp cooler back up and running during our hot summer days and wildfires here in Colorado. Life is good.!

I stumbled upon this place while looking online. I bought a simple but hard-to-find part for the old evaporative cooler in my shop from them. They called me to verify my shipping address and sent it very quickly. The service was kind and quick and I'll go to them for anything I need in the future.

I'm a first time customer in need of a gas valve for our wall furnace. S & A had the "updated version" of this valve in stock. They provided excellent old school customer service, making sure I got the correst valve and all questions were answered, before placing this order. I would choose more stars if there was an option to do so. Short version of my story is that my furnace went out on December 19th. I live in IL. It gets cold in IL in December. My service company came out and said I needed a new inducer motor and that they would order the part and fix it. A week goes by and I hear nothing so I call and they say that they cannot find the part anywhere in the US but they would keep looking. Another week goes by and still no part. They finally told me to see if I could find it myself (nice, huh?). Well... I googled the part number and description, and the first option was Snook and Aderton. I called, spoke to Joesph (he was kind, helpful, and really knowledgeable). He did some research and found a supplier. He called me and left a message. When I called back Joesph was out but Brandon jumped in. He made sure the part was really there, set up the order, I paid, and in TWO BUSINESS DAYS I had what my service company could not secure in 3 weeks. With subzero temps on the way, it looks like we will have heat in our house just in time - all thanks to folks like Joesph and Brandon - These guys know what great customer service looks like. I warm thanks from me to those guys and to Snook and Aderton! (follow up note.. inducer motor installed, heat back on - again, my gratitude for the quick and accurate service from Snook and Aderton cannot be overstated)

Searching for and ordering the product from their website was easy and straight forward thanks to product details that listed compatible furnace models for the part that I needed. The product wasn't packaged well, though. It seemingly was placed on top of wadded packing paper on one side of the box, instead of being wrapped and placed in the center. Fortunately it wasn't damaged during shipping.

Placed my online order...a couple days later, received follow-up phone call from Snook & Aderton verifying my order and updating me on shipping and delivery. Extremely courteous, prompt and efficient with shipping. Fast delivery. Very professional and courteous. Highly enjoyable experience. Would totally recommend.

Excellent customer service. Joe went above and beyond to help me get the part for my unit. I had been looking for the part for months with no luck (even with the manufacturer) and no heat. I ran upon their website and called and talked with Joe and explained the situation and he said that they didn’t have the part but he would find a part for me and within a few days I got one ordered. Great company! They had that had the niche cooler switch that I needed to repair my swamp cooler. After I ordered I received a phone call from a very professional person making sure that the part I ordered would fit my cooler. Lucky for me he called because I was going to order a similar looking swith that would not have worked! At that point I was impressed so I ordered more parts that I needed for maintaining the cooled but was planning just to buy at big box store. Snook and Aderton prices are great and my experience with them was phenomenal. My cooler is now working better than it has in a while. I would recommend this company 👌

Great costumer service. We had to order a new control switch for our swamp cooler. Within 2 days of ordering they called to make sure it was the right part before they sent it out since that part is only good for a 2007 or newer model. We received the part fast and our swamp cooler is working great again. Just in time because when it wasn't working our house was horribly hot. Thank you
