My elderly parents home flooded. My father built the home in the 60's. All of the products in the home were of course from that time era. The clean up crew, a nationwide chain, removed thermostat parts, for no reason. The water was about 2 inches high, not several feet. I have been searching for replacement parts for several months. I stumbled upon Snook & Aderton and found what I believed to be the exact part I was looking for. After several very quick email exchanges and pictures, we found the part! Snook and Aderton had it! I can't begin to explain how happy this has made me. Their customer service is second to none! A human, not a computer and quick to respond with honest answers. They responded on a weekend to say they would look into it on Monday. Who does that? Snook and Aderton does! Can't thank you enough. On a scale of 1 to 5 you folks are a 10!
