very bad service

Love this company, KOT Construction LLC, always ready to accomplish my projects!

Husband hired them for major landscaping in our backyard. We needed a small shed torn down, several truck loads of dirt placed and brush cleared. We were very satisfied with not only the job quality but the customer service, price and professionalism.

KOT Construction did a great job installing my new aerobic septic system. The owner Bryan was very nice, knowledgeable and very communicative through the whole process. They got my septic installed fast and in a timely manner where other companies were backed up and didn’t even bother to give me a call back. We had a falling out with our previously hired septic company and thought we were not gonna be able to move into our dream home by our move in date but with the help of KOT, wet we’re able to stay on track and make up for lost time. I would highly recommend Bryan and his crew to take care of you and show you how smooth of a process the septic installation part of your home can be!!!!

IF YOU NEED AN HONEST COMPANY FOR A SEPTIC THIS IS THE ONE!!!! I had a very pleasant experience with this company. They installed my septic tank and Bryan was very nice and very professional he explained the process and my options, he kept me updated at all times which I appreciated it very much because there are many places they just leave you on red and you don’t even know what is going on, but Bryan always keeps in touch, he also answered all my questions, texts and calls He’s honest and did a very good work. I highly recommend him!!!!

I Gave Marco $4000 half of the job about four years ago. I had trouble with Bexar County city and didn’t want to keep going into town. I live out of state but I have property on Shepherd Road that I wanted to install a septic tank. so I asked him for my money back and he hasn’t given it back and he don’t answer my calls no more. I just found out I could leave reviews.

Hired Marco and his team to install a septic. Gave him a cashiers check for $4000 back in April/May of this year 2025. Had to cancel a few weeks later due to having to move and no longer needing a septic. Called/text him several times. He kept stating he needed to get the funds together and would get it back to me. Last conversation with him was June 2, 2025 where he stated give him until the next week to get me a refund. We are now in September and he is no longer answering calls or text from us.

Mike is AMAZING! Prompt, informative and determined to find the problem and FIX it!! Can’t say enough about his work ethic. He should be very proud of the company he is running! I am sure our next plumbing issue will be handled by plumbdaddy!

Mike AKA Plumbdaddy helped me figure out everything that was wrong in my home when it came to the plumbing! He installed all new everything and the work is amazing to say the least. Mike is a smart easy going guy. Will ask any questions you have and definitely likes to teach us(homeowners) how to be more observant of our homes! Thanks Mike! I was very pleased with the quick response time, Micheal explained what needed to be done and why, then used a camera to inspect the drain and locate the problem , he allowed me to actually look at what he was viewing . Then located the problem , explained what was happening , and what steps needed to be done before any work actually could be done . He was very thorough and explained the issues very well . I definitely will recommend his company.

Plumbdaddy is the way to go! Mike was communicative, understanding of priorities, and was able to solve the issue same day!! He was efficient and able to correct the washer dryer hook up that was rusted in my house, and did excellent work! I would highly recommend them!!

It was not an emergency, but he was able to get me in timely. He asked me some pertinent questions and had me send him pictures of my concerns. I tend to rate places based on how I think they would treat my senior citizen mother without someone watching and I believe Mike would be as clear and transparent with her as he would be with my husband. There are so many plumbers around, but being able to trust the plumber is very important
