Mike is a fantastic guy and master plumber! Having a well it was difficult to find a water purification system let alone a company to even come out and look. But Mike came out, tested the water, and made recommendations inside of our budget and best yet installed everything in one day. He’s a trustworthy guy, an excellent worker - and our water is GREAT!

Plumbdaddy was amazing. Michael and Tray were very knowledgeable and replaced a heater element that the original plumber that installed it refused to fix even though the invoice clearly showed a 2 year labor warranty ( water heater was only 3 months old). They also replaced all my plumbing in my entire home in a day!!! I also appreciated them being clear with details, invoice, and communication and to me is so very important.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike from PlumbDaddy out of Lytle, Texas, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, Mike was open‑minded, humble, and professional. We had a great conversation not only about the plumbing issues in my home but also about the type of people we are, which immediately built trust.

He carefully reviewed the background of the home. I explained the plumbing that had already been done as part of the purchase, along with the current issues we were facing. Mike walked me through each concern—from the toilet flange to the blockages in both the bathroom and kitchen sinks—giving me a precise overview of what could be done, the options available, and the steps I could take.

His communication was continuous and clear. He sent pictures, explained everything thoroughly, and provided a fair quote that I agreed to. Most importantly, Mike was extremely polite and respectful to my wife, who was at home when he came to take care of the work. That level of courtesy meant a lot to us.

When the work was completed, it was done neatly and with great attention to detail. I couldn’t ask for anything more from a true professional. Mike exemplifies what great service should be, and I highly recommend PlumbDaddy to anyone in need of plumbing.

Mike was a true Godsend! He was on the scene of our plumbing crisis same day within 2 hours that morning.
